Abstract:
A device for enhancing sexual pleasure includes an appliance, a memory for storing code for operating the appliance, and a processor for executing the code, all housed in a housing configured for insertion, as such or inside a condom, into a sexual organ. The appliance could be a stimulator or a sensor. The stimulator could be a speaker, a heater, a thermoelectric cooler, a source of electromagnetic radiation such as visible light, a source of electrical power or a mechanism for pressurizing a pressurizable medium. The sensor could be a thermometer, a microphone, a camera or an accelerometer.
Abstract:
A stimulation device configured to stimulate male's genital organ and female's genital organ comprises the body which has the inner space with the inlet to place in it male's penis, and which (the body) in whole or in part is placed in female's vagina; herewith mechanical stimulation and/or vibratory stimulation and/or electrical stimulation and/or thermal stimulation of male's penis is implemented by technical means placed in the stimulation device and/or by removable sleeve or by removable sleeves; mechanical stimulation and/or vibratory stimulation and/or electrical stimulation and/or thermal stimulation of female's vagina is implemented by technical means placed in the stimulation device and/or by removable sleeve or by removable sleeves.
Abstract:
A handheld instrument for minimizing pain during administration by injection of a liquid, such as, an anesthetic that has a main body, a vibration unit mounted in the main body when initiated to cause the main body to vibrate, and a detachable tip cantilever mounted on the main body to vibrate with it, the tip having a free end characterized by a bifurcation to form two spaced projections defining a space between them, whereby the spaced projections can be placed in proximity to, adjacent to and bracketing a preselected injection site on a human or animal and the tissue at said preselected injection site and vibrated while an injection is given.
Abstract:
A device for imparting therapeutic doses to living tissue is disclosed. The device includes a planar carrier including or structured to adjustably accommodate a multitude of electrodes. Positions of the electrodes may be altered by a user during a treatment procedure involving the impartation of therapeutic doses to the living tissue.
Abstract:
Systems and methods are provided for controlling infrared radiation (IR) sources of a sauna including tuning IR wavelength-ranges and radiated power-levels of IR sources, and directing IR to locations on a user's body. In one illustrative embodiment, a sauna may be provided having adjustable heat sources to emit IR at any wavelength resulting in a desirable radiation treatment for the sauna user. In another illustrative embodiment, a method is provided for tuning IR sources in a sauna.

Abstract:
A curvilinear spa shell includes a top edge defining four rounded concave corners and four convex side walls in a “clover leaf” like arrangement. Each rounded corner has a radius that exceeds twelve inches. The top edge is substantially symmetrical about an axes that extend through the center of opposing side walls as well as through the center of opposing corners. The curvilinear spa shell can accommodate a water feature for generating a pleasing rushing water sound. The water feature includes a ridge in an interior area of the spa and having a top disposed near a water line of the spa. The water feature utilizes a water inlet adjacent to the ridge opposite a main body of water area in the interior area. The water inlet is placed lower than the top of the ridge. The water feature also includes a slope descending from the top of the ridge in the direction of the water inlet. The slope includes a patterned top surface configured to interact with water flowing over the ridge, down the slope and toward the water inlet to produce the pleasing rushing water sound.
Abstract:
A personal security assembly for use in association with a mobility aide. The personal security assembly includes a housing, an audio alarm, an alert light for drawing attention. In an embodiment, a secondary light is provided for lighting an area proximate the mobility aide to enhance visual perception.
Abstract:
A directionally illuminated walking aid has a walking-aid shaft (1) that is predeterminedly transparent with, an internal light (4, 20) directed vertically from a top reflector (2) towards a bottom cap (3) from which vertical reflectors (5) may be extended upwards for reflecting light (6) forward and/or radially from intermediate the top reflector and a bottom reflector (8). Opposite and/or intermediate the vertical reflectors are light rings (15, 16, 17) in non-reflector portions of the walking-aid shaft to allow emission of light reflected from the vertical reflectors. The walking-aid shaft is a leg of a cane (9), crutch (10), walker (11) or other walking aid. An electrical source (13) in the walking aid is switched selectively from proximate a handle (39) of the walking aid. The internal light can be steady, pulsatile, incandescent, fluorescent or other type of electrical light. The current source can be storable, chargeable and/or plug-in. The optional vertical reflectors can be permanent or attachable and adjustable. The walking-aid shaft can be detachable for use as a walkway lighter (12) independently or on selectively different walking aids.
Abstract:
Reflective fabrics are used extensively throughout strong, expandable, selectively and resiliently restrained, fabric accessories for removable securement to crutches and walkers, to provide expandable carrying volumes for personal use items and shopping items, while at the same time presenting the reflective fabric portions to be readily observed, especially by operators of vehicles.
