Disclosed is an apparatus for driving a BLDC motor, the apparatus including: a BLDC motor having a single sensing coil therein; a position/speed calculation unit for calculating a current position and a current speed of a rotor by using voltages at both ends of the sensing coil; a control unit for comparing the current speed of the rotor calculated by the position/speed calculation unit with a command speed and then outputting a control signal through a Proportional Integral (PI) control; a motor driving unit for generating a PWM signal based on the current position of the rotor calculated by the position/speed calculation unit and the control signal output by the control unit; and a power device unit for controlling the BLDC motor according to the PWM signal generated by the motor driving unit.

An apparatus for acquiring a face image using multiple cameras so as to identify a human being located at a remote site is disclosed. The apparatus for acquiring a face image using multiple cameras allows a PTZ camera to track an interest object from among objects detected/tracked by a fixed camera, and obtains an optimum face image for remote human identification from images generated by the PTZ camera. The apparatus for acquiring the face image using multiple cameras so as to identify a human located at a remote site includes a multi-camera control module for tracking an interest object being detected/tracked by a fixed camera through a Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) camera, and generating an image of the interest object; and a face-image acquisition module for acquiring a face image appropriate for identifying a face image of the remote human in the interest object image generated by the multi-camera control module.

An apparatus and method for supporting development of software for vehicles which may classify functions required from a vehicle-IT development viewpoint as components and use the classified components in order to easily develop vehicle-IT application software such as navigation software or a black box are provided. The apparatus for supporting development of software for vehicles includes a common interface that provides a communication connection with a vehicle application service development device for developing vehicle-IT-related application services, and a common component management unit that manages a common component for configuring functional data of a vehicle used in developing the vehicle-IT-related application services as a component to be reused, and provides the common component to the vehicle application service development device through the common interface in response to a request from the vehicle application service development device.

Further, the mobile device includes an e-wallet application unit configured to convert the acquired image signal or the audio signal into the application information, execute and process one or more application of electronic signature, payment, or user authentication according to the application information, and then provide the result of processing the application to the web service device.

If a target node that enters into a transmission range is sensed, a mesh node of a wireless communication system selects an agent node having itself and a target node as a neighboring node among a plurality of neighboring nodes to form a link with the target node through the agent node. Also, the mesh node deletes the formed link if a target node that is out of a transmission range among a plurality of neighboring nodes is sensed, and forms a substitution path for at least a portion among an entire path of a connection including the deleted link.

A system for integrally collecting rainfall intensity and rainfall attenuation data may include a remote measuring apparatus to measure an amount of a rainfall attenuation of a satellite signal based on a rainfall intensity at a predetermined point, to generate rainfall intensity and rainfall attenuation data based on the amount of the rainfall attenuation measured, and to transmit the generated rainfall intensity and rainfall attenuation data to a satellite relay, and an integrated center system to collect the generated rainfall intensity and rainfall attenuation data from the satellite relay.
