    Abstract: A warm-up method for a machine system including a machine component and a machine sensor configured to sense temperature of the machine component is provided. The method comprises steps of; A) activating the machine component to execute a warm-up operation for warming up the machine component; B) determining whether the machine component is warmed up based on a target temperature corresponding to the machine component and a temperature of the machine component that is currently sensed by the machine sensor; and C) when it is determined that the machine component is warmed up, making the machine component not execute the warm-up operation.

    Abstract: An electrical protection device used in a controller of a mechanical equipment is disclosed to include a circuit board, and a pre-stage protection circuit and a post-stage protection circuit formed on the circuit board. The pre-stage protection circuit connects a power supply and a pre-stage of the controller, providing an electrical protection condition such that when a transient surge energy of the power supply surpasses the electrical protection condition, the pre-stage protection circuit blocks the transient surge energy from entering the controller. The post-stage protection circuit connects pre-stage protection circuit and a post-stage of the controller. Further, when the transient surge energy occurs, a response speed of the post-stage protection circuit is slower than that of the pre-stage protection circuit. The electrical protection device of the invention effectively blocks transient surge energy, avoiding electronic system component damage of the mechanical equipment.

    Abstract: A harmonic reducer with an oil guiding ring, wherein an oil guiding ring is disposed in an accommodating space of a flexible external gear, and the oil guiding ring is sleeved on a coupling member and located between a first housing and a flexible bearing. Therefore, after lubricant oil is injected through the oil filling hole of the first housing, the lubricant oil enters an annular oil storage groove through the oil inlet holes of the oil guiding ring. When the wave generator rotates, the lubricant oil in the annular oil storage groove is guided to the flexible bearing of the wave generator by the annular wall surface to lubricate the flexible bearing. Therefore, on the basis of effective lubrication, the harmonic reducer can avoid the foreign body impurity caused by insufficient lubrication, and at the same time, does not have to change the original design.

    Abstract: A ball screw includes a load path and a non-load path defined between the screw shaft and the screw nut with the two ends of the non-load path respectively connected to the load path and a reflow channel of the return tube. The ball screw defines an imaginary horizontal plane and an imaginary sloping surface that are intersected with each other at the center axis of the screw shaft. The imaginary horizontal plane passes through the non-load path. The imaginary sloping surface passes through the junction between the non-load path and the load path. The imaginary sloping surface defines a negative included angle within 1˜3 degrees with respect to the imaginary horizontal plane to reduce the impact force rendered by each rolling member to the return tube, enhancing operational smoothness and reducing operational noise.

    Abstract: A linear guideway is characterized in that it is capable of determining whether there is abnormal displacement of the return member based on the open or close of the circuit, and can output the abnormal signal immediately when the circuit is open.     Abstract: A linear guideway includes a rail, a slider disposed on the rail, and a load passage formed between the rail and the slider. The slider has two non-load passages. Besides, a first end cap and a second end cap are disposed on two opposite end surfaces of the slider respectively. The first end cap has two first circulation grooves. The second end cap has a circulation member and a seal sheet. The circulation member has two second circulation grooves. The load passage, non-load passage, first circulation groove and second circulation groove collectively form a circulation channel for balls to move therein. A force sensor is disposed between the circulation member and the seal sheet. As a result, through the rigidity difference between the first and second end caps accompanied with the force sensor, it can be determined that if there is an abnormal circulation state.
