Abstract:
A filtration filter device that enables an object filtered and left on a filtration filter to be more readily observed is provided. The filtration filter device includes a filtration filter that filters an object contained in a fluid, a holding member that holds an outer circumferential portion of the filtration filter, and a tubular member that is removably mounted on the holding member such that a hollow portion that serves as a channel through which the fluid flows faces at least a part of a main surface of the filtration filter.
Abstract:
A replaceable water filter includes a filter assembly having a filter structure with first, second, and third filtering elements sharing a common axis, the first filtering element for removing and/or reducing particulate contaminants in the water, the second filtering element for removing and/or reducing particulate and organic contaminants in the water and the third filtering element for removing and/or reducing at least one of fluoride and arsenic in the water. The filter further includes a housing that contains the filter assembly. The housing includes a first end adapted to removably attach the filter to a filter mount of the refrigerator where the filter communicates with the water supply of the refrigerator. The first filtering element can be fabric, the second filtering element can be a carbon block, and the third filtering element can be activated alumina.
Abstract:
Improved filter vessel assemblies for filtering fluids in fluid systems (e.g., industrial and/or commercial systems) are provided. More particularly, the present disclosure provides for advantageous filter vessel assemblies that include a releasable locking assembly for a removable filter member (e.g., a filter bag). The present disclosure provides for improved systems/designs for easily securing and/or unsecuring removable filter members to or from a locking assembly of a filter vessel assembly. Improved, convenient, low-cost and/or effective systems and methods for easily securing and/or unsecuring removable filter members to or from a filter vessel assembly by utilizing advantageous locking assemblies associated with a supporting assembly or basket assembly of the filter vessel assembly are provided.
Abstract:
A filtering apparatus includes a cylindrical filter F having a cylinder axis in a vertical direction, and a casing C surrounding the filter F, in which untreated water a is filtered through the filter F from an outer circumferential surface to an inner circumferential surface of the filter F, and the resulting filtered water a′ is guided to the outside of the casing C. The filter F includes a plurality of divided filters arranged in the direction of the cylinder axis, and the divided filters can be easily repaired and replaced. The divided filters can be connected and integrated together via reinforcing rods 33 by using threaded connections 36, and can be individually detached. When a sealing member 38 is provided between upper and lower facing surfaces of the divided filters, the untreated water does not flow from an upper surface and a lower surface of the divided filters, and the sealing member is rotated together with the filter and does not slide. Thus, degradation of the sealing member is suppressed and a rotational driving force can also be reduced. A separable reinforcing body 40 including an intermediate support disk 42 and connecting rods 43 is preferably provided in the filter.
Abstract:
The present invention can withstand relatively high pressure and perform highly effective filtering operations by suppressing the degree of deformation of a filtering unit. After the filtering operations, separation of the filtering unit and external covers can be easily performed, and the rigid upper-side and lower-side covers can be reused so as to protect the environment. This invention comprises: a vertical tubular filter (1) that has a continuous polygonal form; a filtering unit (A) in which resin discs are adhered to the top and the bottom of the vertical tubular filter (1) by means of an adhesive; and an upper-side cover (B) and a lower-side cover (C) that are formed from a metal material, are able to provide a strong protection of the external periphery, the top, and the bottom of the filtering unit (A), and are provided with a plurality of ventilation holes. The upper-side cover (B) and the lower-side cover (C) are divided from each other, into two parts, in the vertical direction. During filtering operations, the top and the bottom are joined at the division site. During separation, the division site is fixed in the circumferential direction. The upper-side cover (B) and the lower-side cover (C) are formed from an upper-side outer tube (51) and a lower-side outer tube (55) respectively.
Abstract:
A lube oil filter housing including a tubular outer shell, a pair of covers, an inlet, an outlet, a clean fluid chamber and a filter element support is provided. The tubular outer shell and pair of covers define an internal cavity. A clean fluid chamber is interposed fluidly between an inlet and an outlet within the internal cavity. The clean fluid chamber includes at least one connection site for sealingly connecting with a filter element. The clean fluid chamber has at least one removable cover to provide access to a clean fluid portion defined by the clean fluid chamber. A removable filter element support is configured to support an end of the filter element opposite the end of the filter element that cooperates with the connection site. The outlet may include a removable connection tube removable from the tubular outer shell to provide access to the clean fluid portion.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a water separator (1), in particular for fuel supply systems of internal combustion engines in motor vehicles, comprising a housing (2) having a separation chamber (11) designed therein and a separation element (18). A collection chamber (12) for the water separated out of the fuel is arranged under the separation chamber. An inlet (8) and an outlet (14) for the fuel are furthermore provided on the housing (2). The housing (2) is substantially designed as a tube-shaped element (3) having a horizontal longitudinal axis (LA), wherein a partition (10) extends in the direction of the longitudinal axis (LA), separating the separating chamber (11) from the collection chamber (12). The separating element (18) comprises a tube element (19) lying horizontally in the separation chamber (11) having radial openings (21) through which the fuel is conducted, wherein the tube element (19) extends at least approximately parallel to the partition (10).
Abstract:
A filter device with a filter housing (2, 6), in which a replaceable filter element (4) is accommodated and which has a cover part (2). Element material (30) is delimited at the end by at least one end cap (32). This end cap (32) of the filter element (4) is placed on a fluid channel (58).
