Abstract: There is provided a composite plain bearing having excellent heat resistance, creep resistance under high surface pressure, low friction, abrasion resistance, and other characteristics while being capable of manufacture with high productivity. A composite plain bearing (1) comprising an ingot metal plate (2) and a resin layer (3) comprises a resin composition in which an aromatic polyether ketone resin or the like is used as a base resin, wherein the resin layer (3) is overlaid by injection molding and integrally provided on the surface on the surface of the ingot metal plate (2) to a thickness of 0.1 to 0.7 mm. The ingot metal plate (2) is chemically surface-treated on a face joined to the resin layer (3).

Abstract: The present invention discloses a self-lubricating fabric, a method for producing the self-lubricating fabric, and use of the self-lubricating fabric. Warp yarns or weft yarns of the fabric are composite yarns formed from fluorinated resin yarns and other yarns. The surface area of the other yarns on one surface of the fabric takes up 0 to 30% of the total surface area of the composite yarns, and the ratio of the section diameter of the other yarns to the section diameter of the fluorinated resin yarns in the composite yarns is 0.12 to 0.80. The self-lubricating fabric is characterized by low friction coefficient, excellent wear resistance property and high laminating strength, as well as simple production process, low cost and zero pollution to the environment. The fabric with low friction coefficient can be applied to mechanical moving parts, and is especially suitable for use in environment of low speed, high load and high or low temperature.

Abstract: A spherical bearing an inner ring that can rotate and pivot with respect to an outer ring. A sliding body is placed about the inner ring and inside of the outer ring. The sliding body reduces the friction associated with the relative movement of the inner ring and outer ring. The sliding body has a concave inner surface that contacts the convex outer surface of the inner ring. The sliding body may be made of a polymer composite material to reduce the friction during movement. During assembly, the sliding body is placed about the inner ring, and then the outer ring is placed over the sliding body. To contain the sliding body, the outer ring may be bent or caulked.

Abstract: An impact resistant seal includes an annular body extending between a first end and a second end. The annular body includes a first anchor formed on the first end and a second anchor formed on the second end. The impact resistant seal includes an elastomeric section having an exterior surface which extends between the first anchor and the second anchor. The elastomeric section is expandable and contractible in response to movement of the first anchor relative to the second anchor. The impact resistant seal includes a plurality of protrusions extending radially outward from the exterior surface and extending circumferentially around the elastomeric section. Adjacent ones of the plurality of protrusions are spaced apart from one another by a predetermined spacing magnitude configured to accommodate the movement of the first anchor relative to the second anchor.

The intelligent bearing includes a data acquisition unit, a data output unit and the pot rubber bearing, the data acquisition unit transmits the bearing pressure measured by the pressure sensing unit to the data output unit. The bearing monitoring system includes a data acquisition unit, a data output unit, a monitoring center and the pot rubber bearing.
