    Abstract: The present application discloses a light sensor circuit, which comprises a photodiode and a capacitor unit. The cathode of the photodiode is controlled by a capacitive unit to maintain the same or close voltage level as the anode of the photodiode, which significantly reduces the effect of the dark current of the photodiode. Thus, the light sensor circuit can effectively maintain the performance and accuracy of an analog-to-digital converter applying the light sensor circuit. The circuit design difficulty and manufacturing cost are also significantly reduced.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a terahertz detector based on a Schottky contact grating structure. THz response frequency points are adjusted by adjusting parameters (a grating width, a grating length, a grating region area, a grating period, and a grating pattern form) of the Schottky contact grating structure (in the detector design stage, the grating structure parameters can be adjusted according to the actually required detection frequency points (single frequency point or multiple frequency points)), thereby realizing single-frequency detection or realizing that one detector supports the detection of multiple frequency points. The grating is introduced into the Schottky Barrier Diode, so that the grated Schottky contact resonates with the terahertz waves, the plasma resonance effect is enhanced, and the detection sensitivity is further improved.

    Abstract: A sensor is provided. A first terminal of a first current source and a first terminal of a first transistor are connected to a cathode of the photodiode. A control terminal of a second transistor is connected to an output terminal of a first operational amplifier. A first terminal of the second transistor is connected to a second terminal of the first transistor through a first current mirror circuit.     Abstract: A display panel including light-sensing devices and light-detection circuits. The light-detection circuit includes a sensing module, a reading module, and a resetting module. The sensing module includes a control terminal electrically connected to the light-sensing device and the resetting module, an input terminal electrically connected to a first signal line, and an output terminal electrically connected to the reading module. Further, a first light-sensing device is electrically connected to the control terminal of the sensing module in a first light-detection circuit, and a second light-sensing device is electrically connected to the control terminal of the sensing module in a second light-detection circuit. The second light-detection circuit further includes a first capacitor, and the first capacitor is electrically connected to the control terminal of the sensing module in the second light-detection circuit.
