Abstract: Disclosed are a medical device and a data management method therefor. The data management method includes: receiving an instruction for selecting a locking rule to determine a target locking rule, wherein the target locking rule is used for screening monitoring data so as to carry out locking; under the trigger of a first trigger condition, screening the monitoring data according to the target locking rule, and locking the screened monitoring data; and under the trigger of a second trigger condition, selectively deleting monitoring data that is not locked. An operator can selectively lock the monitoring data by selecting the locking rule, thereby avoiding the deletion of monitoring data needing to be retained, and facilitating the management of the monitoring data.

Abstract: A graphical user interface allows a customer to specify delimiters and/or patterns that occur in event data and indicate the presence of a particular field. The graphical user interface applies a customer's delimiter specifications directly to event data and displays the resulting event data in real time. Delimiter specifications may be saved as configuration settings and systems in a distributed setting may use the delimiter specifications to extract field values as the systems process raw data into event data. Extracted field values are used to accelerate search queries that a system receives.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a system for identifying occurrence of events and performing one or more actions to mitigate the impacts of the events. The system is configured for gathering data from one or more data sources of an entity, generating dataflows using the data gathered from the one or more data sources, identifying an anomaly based on one or more indicators and the dataflows, determining occurrence of an event and generating one or more propagation models associated with the event, performing event impact analysis based on the one or more propagation models, perform one or more actions to contain the event based on the one or more propagation models, identifying a last good copy of data based on the data gathered from the one or more data sources, retrieving the last good copy of data, and restoring the last good copy of data.

Abstract: A dynamic vision sensor (DVS) or change detection sensor reacts to changes in light intensity and in this way monitors how a scene changes. This disclosure covers both single pixel and array architectures. The DVS may contain one pixel or 2-dimensional or 1-dimensional array of pixels. The change of intensities registered by pixels are compared, and pixel addresses where the change is positive or negative are recorded and processed. Analyzing frames based on just three values for pixels, increase, decrease or unchanged, the proposed DVS can process visual information much faster than traditional computer vision systems, which correlate multi-bit color or gray level pixel values between successive frames.

Abstract: A method for performing disaster recovery in a clustered environment comprises identifying, at a master device, a first indexer from a set of indexers to serve as a primary indexer for responding to queries pertaining to a subset of data. The method also comprises assigning, at the master device, a generation identifier indicating that the first indexer is the primary indexer for the subset of data. Responsive to an event prompting a change in a primary indexer designation for the subset of data, the method comprises identifying, at the master device, a second indexer from the set of indexers to serve as the primary indexer for responding to queries pertaining to the subset of data. Further, the method comprises assigning, at the master device, a new generation identifier indicating that the second indexer is the primary indexer for the subset of data.

Abstract: A snapshot handler is registered with an event monitoring subsystem of a process virtual machine, the registering specifying a trigger event of the snapshot handler, wherein the trigger event comprises execution of a specified portion of an application executing in the process virtual machine, the trigger event specified externally from a source code of the application. Responsive to the event monitoring subsystem detecting an occurrence of the trigger event, the snapshot handler is executed, storing data of an execution state of the process virtual machine at a time of occurrence of the trigger event.
