Abstract: The registration device according to the embodiment includes an acquisition unit, a generation unit, a temporary registration unit, a calculation unit, a determination unit, and a registration unit. The acquisition unit acquires log data regarding a fault related to a faulty device in which a fault has been estimated to have occurred and a peripheral device installed around the faulty device. The generation unit generates a group including similar event logs issued at a certain frequency or more from the log data. When an event log in a group including an event log corresponding to training data for solving a fault corresponds to operation data related to an operation of a certain device in the group, the temporary registration unit registers the operation data as temporary training data.

Abstract: In some implementations, a server device can generate configuration data for an application based on user engagement segments associated with a user of the application. For example, a server device can receive information identifying user engagement segments associated with a particular user. When the server device receives a request for configuration data for the application that identifies the particular user, the server device can obtain the engagement segment identifiers associated with the particular user. The server device can use the engagement segment identifiers to obtain segment configuration data for each engagement segment identifier, combine the segment configuration data into a combined configuration, and send the combined configuration to the application on the user device. The application can then determine what content to present and how to present the content on the user device based on the combined configuration data.

Abstract: According to at least one aspect, a system for analyzing computer usage data of a user to identify an underlying task being performed by the user is provided. The system includes a hardware processor and a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing processor-executable instructions that, when executed by the hardware processor, cause the hardware processor to perform: receiving a plurality of events each indicative of an action performed by a user and contextual information associated with the action performed by the user, clustering the plurality of events to generate a plurality of clustered events, identifying a plurality of sub-tasks in the plurality of clustered events that each comprise a sequence of clustered events, identifying a task in the plurality of clustered events being performed by the user that comprises at least one sub-task, and generating a score for the task indicative of a difficulty of automating the task.

Abstract: The present disclosure is related to the field of threshold generation where complex temporal and spatial behavior of metrics are modelled to define normal operating baseline of every component in a system environment. Embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods and systems for generation and optimization of metric threshold for anomaly detection. In the present disclosure, temporal properties such as variation, behavioral patterns of a plurality of metrics are derived. The derived temporal properties are used to generate data-driven and domain-aware static or dynamic thresholds. Additionally, the present disclosure factors spatial and temporal properties collectively to mine a role of influencing metrics and define composite thresholds. In order to cater to dynamic behavior of the system environment and changes in business and technological aspects, the system and method of the present disclosure self-learns, self-tunes, and adapts itself based on user feedback which helps in capturing tacit knowledge of domain experts.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable storage media configured to predict future system failures are disclosed. Performance metrics (e.g., key performance indicators (KPIs)) of a system may be monitored and machine learning techniques may utilize a trained model to evaluate the performance metrics and identify trends in the performance metrics indicative of future failures of the monitored system. The predicted future failures may be identified based on combinations of different performance metrics and the impact that the performance metric trends of the group of different performance metrics will have on the system in the future. Upon predicting that a system failure will occur, operations to mitigate the failure may be initiated. The disclosed embodiments may improve overall performance of monitored systems by: increasing system uptimes (i.e., availability); helping systems administrators maintain the monitored systems in a healthy state; and ensuring the functionality those systems provide is readily available to system users.
