Abstract: An embodiment of the present disclosure provides a display system which is related to the field of display technology. The display system enables a display device to be switched between a normal display mode and an anti-peeping display mode. This display system comprises a display device which comprises a display panel for displaying content. The display system further comprises: a display mode switch configured to switch between display modes of the display device, the display modes comprising a normal display mode and an anti-peeping display mode; a signal processor configured to provide signals to the display device, wherein the signal processor provide a normal signal to the display device when the display device is in the normal display mode, and the signal processor provide the normal signal and an interference signal alternately to the display device when the display device is in the anti-peeping display mode; and a shutter eyeglass configured to be enabled when the display device is in the anti-peeping display mode, wherein the shutter eyeglass is in an open state when the signal processor provides the normal signal, and the shutter eyeglass is in a closed state when the signal processor provides the interference signal.

Abstract: A computer terminal located in an environment may include an actuator, retractable privacy barrier attached to the computer terminal by the actuator, a display, a memory, a processor, and a terminal application stored in the memory. The actuator is typically configured to extend the retractable privacy barrier to thereby reduce viewability of the computer terminal. The terminal application is typically configured for initiating an interactive session with a user, determining that a trigger event has occurred, and in response to determining that the trigger event has occurred, transmitting a control signal to the actuator, the control signal causing the actuator to extend the retractable privacy barrier. The present invention is further configured for monitoring one or more parameters of the environment, and displaying, via the display, data associated with the one or more parameters of the environment.

Abstract: A card actuated automated banking machine (152, 198, 200) includes a plurality of transaction function devices. The transaction function devices include a card reader (170), a printer (174), a bill dispenser (176), a display (182), a check imaging device (186), and at least one processor (190). The machine is operative, responsive to receiving a check and certification data, to dispense cash in exchange for the check. The person presenting the check to the machine need not provide user identifying inputs through input devices of the machine in order to receive cash for the check.
