Abstract: A method may include receiving, using at least one processor, location information that includes a location of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV); querying, using the at least one processor, a policy database to retrieve a notification condition for a first property with respect to UAVs; calculating, using the at least one processor, a distance between the UAV and the first property using the received location information determining, using the at least one processor, if the distance of the UAV with respect to the first property is within a range defined in the notification condition for the first property; and transmitting, using the at least one processor, a notification to a party associated with the first property when the distance of the UAV with respect to the first property is within the range defined in the notification condition for the first property.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle including a main body, a plurality of arms, a propulsion assembly and a battery assembly, where each arm is coupled to the main body and the propulsion assembly is disposed on the each arm. The battery assembly includes a shell, a battery body substantially disposed in the shell, a clamp button, and a restorable elastic piece. An end of the clamp button is mounted or connects to the shell, and the other end of the clamp button is detachably coupled to the main body. An end of the restorable elastic piece is disposed on the shell or connect to the shell, and the other end of the restorable elastic piece contacts the clamp button.

Abstract: A UAV landing system can include a landing pad defining a landing area including a target point; a plurality of positioning radio transmitters positioned in a spaced apart relation and equidistant from the target point, each radio transmitter transmitting a ranging signal; and a position determination and aircraft navigation system at the incoming UAV to receive the ranging signals; determine a range to each positioning radio using the received ranging signals; compute a position of the UAV relative to the target point; determine a course for the UAV to a point above the target point of the landing pad; fly the UAV to the point above the target point of the landing pad, and cause the aircraft to descend vertically toward the target point when the UAV reaches the point above the target point.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method and apparatus for performing high volume washing, namely, using drones to perform cleaning services. A drone is navigated about a cleaning path; the cleaning path being either pre-defined or delineated in real-time. A cleaning solution is pumped to a solution distribution mechanism of the drone, wherein the cleaning solution is directed onto the surface to be cleaned. The solution is stored in a supply tank that may be integrated into the body of the drone or outfitted as a standalone structure. A temperature regulator is integrated with the supply tank in order to control a wash temperature of the cleaning solution. The solution distribution mechanism may be rotatable about 360 degrees. A camera array observes a spray area of the solution distribution mechanism, wherein a live feed is transmitted to a monitoring unit.
