Abstract: Disclosed is an electrically powered, reaction-drive type rotorcraft. Thrust generators on the outer portion of each rotor blade cause the rotors to spin and generate lift, and additionally, may be controlled to produce variable amounts of thrust as the rotor blades rotate through different sectors around a generally non-rotating fuselage such that net lateral forces are produced to control the position and velocity of the vehicle. The rotorcraft may also employ aerodynamic surfaces on each rotor blade whose parts or entire structure can be moved to produce net lateral and vertical forces for control of position and velocity of the vehicle. The rotorcraft, which may be operationally carbon-neutral, stores its electrical energy in batteries and other optional energy storage methods, and may harvest solar energy using arrays of photovoltaic cells disposed on its upper surfaces. Vehicle sizes may range from small Uncrewed Air vehicle Systems to large crewed aircraft.

When the locking parts of the locking member rotate to a locking position, the position limiting lock catch is mounted to a side of the locking parts, to restrain the locking member from rotating relative to the first body.

Abstract: An unmanned aerial system and a method are disclosed. An unmanned aerial system may include: a telematics service server; an unmanned aerial apparatus; and a vehicle. In particular, the telematics service server obtains a destination of the unmanned aerial apparatus, a movement path of the vehicle, a current location of the unmanned aerial apparatus, and a current location of the vehicle, and also searches for the vehicle with which the unmanned aerial apparatus is able to move in collaboration. The telematics service server controls a collaborative movement between the unmanned aerial apparatus and the vehicle, and the unmanned aerial apparatus transmits and receives information for the collaborative movement from the telematics service server. In addition, the vehicle carries the unmanned aerial apparatus according to a request from the telematics service server, and moves together with the unmanned aerial apparatus.

Abstract: Systems and methods for use in the secure recovery of drone delivered packages can include a housing, at least one electromechanically operated door securing access to the housing, and a retractable platform that can electromechanically extend from inside the housing to an area outside the housing when the at least one electromechanically operated door is opened. The retractable platform can serve as a landing pad for a delivery drone and/or as a base onto which a package can be received from a delivery drone. The retractable platform can electromechanically move back into the housing and the door can close after receiving the package. Communications components, alarms, and cameras can also be associated with the housing to facilitate its operation for package recovery and security.

Abstract: Provided is a multi-copter, including: a fuselage; three or more intermediate supporting bars which have one ends fixed to the fuselage and radially extend from the fuselage; two mounting rods which are divided into two branches at the other ends of the intermediate supporting bars; and a propeller set configured by two propellers which are mounted to two mounting rods and rotate at the same rotational speed (RPM) in opposite directions. When an angle formed by any one propeller between two propellers which form the propeller set and the mounting rod is a first angle and an angle formed by the other one propeller and the mounting rod is a second angle, a difference between the first angle and the second angle is 360/2n degrees and n is a number of blades for every propeller.
