The present disclosure provides an interconnect structure and a method for forming an interconnect structure. The interconnect structure includes a first metal line, a first interlayer dielectric (ILD) layer over the first metal line, a first conductive feature over the first metal line, wherein at least a portion of the first conductive feature is laterally surrounded by the first ILD layer, and a sidewall of the first conductive feature has a corrugated profile.
Abstract:
A suitcase scale is bundled a suitcase for providing functions of scaling and anti-theft. The suitcase scale comprises a housing, a processing unit disposed in the housing, a weight sensor secured in the housing and electrically connected to the processing unit, a combination lock mounted into the housing, a buckle detachably engaged to the housing and a strap having two opposite ends respectively connected to the buckle and the housing. Consequently, the strap, the buckle and the housing form an endless ring for bundling the suitcase when the combination lock is in a locked condition. The suitcase scale immediately shows the total weight value of the suitcase to prevent the user from paying and excessive baggage charge and provides a function of anti-theft due to the combination lock such that a thief or a pickpocket can not steal the belongings in the locked suitcase.

The transistor includes a gate stack having a high-k dielectric and metal gate, a sealing layer formed on sidewalls of the gate stack, the sealing layer having an inner edge and an outer edge, the inner edge interfacing with the sidewall of the gate stack, a spacer formed on the outer edge of the sealing layer, and a source/drain region formed on each side of the gate stack, the source/drain region including a lightly doped source/drain (LDD) region that is aligned with the outer edge of the sealing layer.

A synchronous rectifier control device comprises a status detecting unit, an analog circuit, a first counter, a second counter and a signal process unit. The status detecting unit receives at least one reference signal and a detecting signal to generate a first synchronous control signal. The analog circuit generates a delay signal in accordance with the first synchronous control signal. The first counter receives a clock signal and generates a first counter signal in accordance with the first synchronous control signal, the clock signal, and the delay signal. The second counter receives the clock signal and generates a second counter signal in accordance with the first synchronous control signal, the clock signal, and the first counter signal. The signal process unit generates a second synchronous control signal in accordance with the first synchronous control signal and the second signal.

A capsule endoscope for observing the conditions inside a patient's digestive tract system includes a capsular housing, a substrate, and a plurality of metal-insert molded contacts. The capsular housing defines a sealed inner space and has an outer surface. The substrate is arranged in the sealed inner space of the capsular housing and is mounted with at least an electronic element provided thereon. The metal-insert molded contacts are embedded in the capsular housing at predetermined positions thereof and each includes a contact base and an exposed contact portion formed on the contact base. The contact bases each have a connecting section extended into the sealed inner space of the capsular housing to electrically connect to the substrate. The exposed contact portions each have a front surface exposed from the outer surface of the capsular housing for contacting with a signal contact correspondingly provided on a capsule holder that holds the capsular housing thereto.

The present invention relates to a circularly polarized antenna and, more particularly, to a compact circularly polarized antenna for transmitting and receiving a circularly polarized signal. The circularly polarized antenna comprises a substrate having an upper surface and a lower surface; a signal distributor; an antenna for transmitting and receiving the circularly polarized signal; and a plurality of support units. The upper surface of the substrate comprises a plurality of slots. One end of each slot overlaps with the respective ends of the other slots at a central region. The lower surface of the substrate comprises a coupling unit being electrically connected with the signal distributor, and the center of the coupling unit corresponds to the central region.

The first insulating layer is on the conductive line and free from covering a portion of the conductive line. The dielectric layer is on the first insulating layer and free from covering the portion of the conductive line. The second insulating layer is on the dielectric layer and free from covering the portion of the conductive line. The interconnect base is laterally surrounded by the dielectric layer, the first insulating layer, and the second insulating layer. A top surface of the interconnect base and a top surface of the second insulating layer are coplanar.

A weight measure device includes a casing having a first side connected to a suitcase. A combination lock is received in the casing and an actuator extends into the casing for driving the combination lock. A connector is movably mounted to a second side of the casing for sensing the weight of the suitcase and transmits a signal to an electronic unit that is disposed in the casing. The electronic unit converts the signal from the connector into a weight unit and shown thereon.

A pulse width modulation regulator IC is provided for controlling a duty cycle of at least one switch to convert one input voltage signal into an output voltage. An input pin is provided for receiving an input signal different from the input voltage signal. The input signal has a lasting time substantially the same as the time that input voltage signal situated at a high level, but the waveforms of the two signals are different. The input signal is converted into a square wave signal by a conversion unit, and a PWM signal is generated by a PWM controller according to the square wave signal to control the duty cycle of the switch. Therefore, the input pin can be saved by adjusting an internal or external circuit of the IC for the usage of the different kinds of input signals without increasing the number of input pins of the IC.
