Abstract: The present invention provides a two-component type urethane-based adhesive composition for an automobile, which has a good productivity because of high curing rate, which there is not much change between physical properties of a cured product formed from a first component alone and those of a cured product formed from a mixture of first and second components, and which it is possible to satisfy required performances for an automotive adhesive without the second component. The present invention relates to a two-component type urethane-based adhesive composition for an automobile comprising (1) a first component comprising an isocyanate group-terminated polyether polyol compound, and (2) a second component comprising a polyol compound and curing catalyst, wherein a cured product from the first component alone has an elastic modulus of 5 to 20 MPa and an elongation of 300 to 850%, and wherein a cured product from a mixture of the first and second components at a mixing ratio of the first component to the second component of 100/10 has an elastic modulus of 3 to 20 MPa and an elongation of 300 to 650%.

Abstract: A gas mixing apparatus includes: a discharge port of gas provided near conduit space through which the high-viscosity material can flow; a piston pump including a cylinder that can communicate with the conduit space through the discharge port, a piston arranged inside the cylinder, and a drive device for moving the piston between a top dead center and a bottom dead center inside the cylinder; a discharge valve that opens and closes the discharge port; and a suction valve that opens and closes a suction port of the gas into a cylinder space, in which the cylinder forms the cylinder space having a predetermined volume when the piston is located at the top dead center, and in which a tip of the piston approaches the discharge port when the piston is moved toward the bottom dead center.

Abstract: A rotation transmission disc includes: an outer circumferential portion on which a load acts when rotation is transmitted; a center opening portion formed inside the outer circumferential portion; and a plurality of attachment holes for attachment of the rotation transmission disc 1 to a rotating element. Abstract: A dispenser used for discharging a mixture of gas and a paste material includes: a nozzle part provided in a tip end part of a body and having a tip end opening through which the mixture is discharged; a flow path extending from a mixture introduction part to the tip end opening through a hollow space of the nozzle part; a needle part movable in the flow path of the nozzle part to open and close the flow path; a driving part that drives the needle part; and a stopper part that limits an operation range of the needle part. The nozzle part has a tapered section in which an inside diameter of the flow path of the nozzle part decreases toward the tip end opening. Also provided is a stopper position adjusting part that adjusts a stop position defined by the stopper part.
