Abstract: A dispenser for discharging a mixture of gas and paste material includes: a nozzle part (2) provided in a tip end part of a body (11) and having a tip end opening; a flow path (4) for the mixture extending from an introduction part (5) for the mixture to the tip end opening through a hollow space of the nozzle part; a needle part (3) movable in the flow path of the nozzle part to open and close the flow path; a driving part (7, 8, and 9) that drives the needle part; and a stopper part (10, 14, and 16) that limits an operation range of the needle part. The nozzle part has a tapered section in which an inside diameter of the flow path of the nozzle part relative to an operation range of a tip end of the needle part decreases toward the tip end opening.

Abstract: A gas mixing apparatus includes: a discharge port of gas provided near conduit space through which the high-viscosity material can flow; a piston pump including a cylinder that can communicate with the conduit space through the discharge port, a piston arranged inside the cylinder, and a drive device for moving the piston between a top dead center and a bottom dead center inside the cylinder; a discharge valve that opens and closes the discharge port; and a suction valve that opens and closes a suction port of the gas into a cylinder space, in which the cylinder forms the cylinder space having a predetermined volume when the piston is located at the top dead center, and in which a tip of the piston approaches the discharge port when the piston is moved toward the bottom dead center.

Abstract: An apparatus (1) for mixing a paste material with gas includes: a mixing part (2) that mixes the paste material with the gas using a piston pump (10); and a static mixer (3) that is connected to the mixing part to stir a mixture obtained by mixing the paste material with the gas in the mixing part. The static mixer includes one or a plurality of stirring sections through which the mixture passes, the stirring section has a shape that allows a flow of the mixture passing through the stirring section to be stirred. A ratio of a volume of the piston pump to a volume of at least one of the stirring sections of the static mixer is within a range from 1:0.2 to 1:5.
