    Abstract: A high speed high resolution heterodyne interferometric method and system are provided. The invention uses two spatially separated beams with slightly different frequencies and has two measurement signals with opposite Doppler shift. The switching circuit selects one of the two measurement signals for displacement measurement according to the direction and speed of the target movement. In this invention, the measurement is insensitive to the thermal variation; the periodic nonlinearity is essentially eliminated by using two spatially separated beams; the measurable target speed of the interferometer is no longer limited by the beat frequency of the laser source.

    Abstract: An ultrasonic measurement method for plane stress on the basis of a multi-wafer air-coupled transducer relates to the technical field of ultrasonic testing. The method solves problems that a traditional measurement method for plane stress generally computes the plane stress by changing at least 3 different measurement directions and obtaining information such as an acoustic time difference in the 3 measurement directions by using a pair of contact ultrasonic transducers, which is too complicated in operation, and a coupling agent can influence measurement accuracy of the plane stress. The method includes: emitting, by an excitation signal transmission end, an ultrasonic wave passing a wafer of the multi-wafer air-coupled transducer to a member to be measured; receiving, by an excitation signal reception end, an echo returned from the member to be measured through a corresponding wafer of the multi-wafer air-coupled transducer; obtaining an acoustic time difference of lamb waves through data processing according to the ultrasonic wave and the echo; and obtaining first principal stress, second principal stress and an included angle between the first principal stress and a fiber direction of an orthotropic composite material according to the acoustic time difference of the lamb waves. The method is suitable for the field of plane stress testing.

    Abstract: The present disclosure proposes a non-baseline on-line stress monitoring system and monitoring method based on multi-mode Lamb wave data fusion. A Lamb wave dispersion curve is established according to geometric dimensions and material parameters of a measured object, a cut-off frequency of a first-order Lamb wave mode is obtained, an excitation frequency of a Lamb wave signal is determined, and then pure Lamb waves in S0 and A0 modes obtained inside the measured object are obtained; an acoustoelastic equation is established, an elastodynamic equation of the measured object under a prestress condition is solved, and linear relationships between a group velocity and a stress of the Lamb waves in the S0 and A0 modes under the excitation frequency are obtained; data is processed through the on-line monitoring system; a stress gradient in a depth direction is calculated, and finally, a stress state of the measured object is represented. The present disclosure does not require data under a zero stress state as baseline data, does not require designing a wedge block capable of generating a critical refraction longitudinal wave, and combines acoustoelastic effects of Lamb waves in different modes to realize online stress monitoring without the baseline data.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a high-stability nano-radian-order angle measuring method and device based on drift value feedback, belonging to the technical field of precision measurement and the field of optical engineering. The device consists of LED light sources, convex lenses, multi-slit diaphragms, beam splitters, deflecting mirrors, steering mirrors, a collimator objective set, linear array CCDs, a four-quadrant position detector and a plane mirror. The method includes: enabling two paths of measuring light beams to carry angle change information of a measured object, respectively forming respective images on two sensors, and calculating a pitch angle and a yaw angle of the measured object relative to an optical axis by using positions of the two images so as to achieve the detection capability on the angle change of the measured object. While a focal distance of the objective is greatly improved by using the collimator objective set, the linear array CCDs are used as sensors to improve a measuring range. Therefore, the technical advantage of nano-radian-order angle limit resolution is achieved under the condition of the same measuring range. The LED light sources, the convex lenses and the multi-slit diaphragms are used, and at the same time, drift value feedback is performed by using the four-quadrant position detector and the steering mirrors, and the system stability is improved to 10 nano-radian order, thus solving the problem of limitation of light beam drift value to limit resolution of an autocollimator. Additionally, a system device designed by the present disclosure has the technical advantages of small structure size, high measurement precision and high measurement frequency response.

    Abstract: An ultrasonic phased array transducer device with a two-dimensional hinge array structure belongs to equipment in the technical field of ultrasonic detection. A connecting rod is fixedly connected to a fixed support and a two-dimensional hinge array respectively. Voice coil motors are symmetrically arranged in a shape of the British “Union Jack” with the connecting rod as a center, and are fixedly connected to the fixed support. Force output rods are respectively connected to voice coil motor coils and the upper surfaces of array units. Piezoelectric array elements are fixedly connected to the lower surfaces of all the array units. The numbers of the voice coil motors and the force output rods are 2N (N=4, 8, 12, 16, 20), the number of the piezoelectric array elements is 2N+1, and different N values are selected according to the sizes of workpieces to be detected. In the disclosure, by adjusting the current of each voice coil motor coil, the corresponding force output rod generates displacement to drive the two-dimensional hinge array unit to generate displacement, so as to push out and retract the hinge array unit and the piezoelectric array element fixedly connected below and drive the two-dimensional hinge array to generate deformation, so that the piezoelectric array elements fully fit with the surface of the workpiece to be detected. The disclosure can be applied to detection of the workpieces to be detected with flat surfaces, curved surfaces or spherical surfaces.

    Abstract: A fabrication method of a multi-core fiber Bragg grating (FBG) probe for measuring structures of a micro part based on the capillary self-assembly technique, wherein the diameter of the fiber (6) inscribed with FBG is reduced using a mechanical method or an etch method by the hydrofluoric acid; the fibers (6) inscribed with FBG, whose diameter has been reduced, are inserted into a tube (7) through its terminal with an inner taper angle; the FBG terminals of these fibers (6) are immersed into the UV adhesive (10) of a low viscosity and the UV adhesive (10) is raised in the gaps between the fibers (6); or the UV adhesive is dropped on these fibers (6) and the capillary bridge between the fibers (6) is formed; a most compact structure of the fiber bundle is formed as a result of the capillary self-assembly; the fiber bundle is cured using a UV light and the multi-core FBG (11) is therefore formed; the terminal of the multi-core FBG (11) is polished with an optic fiber polishing machine and then a spherical tip is fabricated with the melting fiber method or the installation method of a micro ball; therefore, a multi-core FBG (11) probe can be achieved. The method features low crosstalk between signal of FBG, inexpensive and low insertion loss.
