Abstract: A vehicle sensor device comprising a weight body housing installed in a body so as to be rotatable around a shaft coupled to the body, a weight body being installed in the weight body housing ball assembly for sensing a change in inclination of a vehicle, a sensor housing in which the ball assembly is movably installed, and a sensor lever installed in the sensor housing and rotated by the movement of the ball assembly. Abstract: A safety airbag, including: an air bag, having an inflated and stowed state; and a gas generator, used to inflate the air bag to the inflated state, wherein the air bag includes a body portion and a cut-out portion, the cut-out portion being formed as being cut out from the air bag, but still remaining integral with the body portion, and in the inflated state, the cut-out portion being oriented in a predetermined direction relative to the body portion via an orienting member. Using the cut-out portion to provide protection for the head of an occupant increases the utilization rate of a material for making an air bag. In addition, the height of the airbag curtain is relatively large only at the cut-out portion, and is relatively small at the remaining positions, thereby reducing the volume of the air bag.

Abstract: A driver side airbag device with an airbag module including a steering wheel, an inflator, and a cushion. The steering wheel includes a housing portion that stores the airbag module and a cover member that seals the housing portion. The cover member has a design region on an occupant side, and a thin-walled portion formed from an upper portion region to a lower portion region of the design region that is cleaved open by an expansion pressure of the cushion to open cover doors. The thin-walled portion has a first plate thickness portion and a second plate thickness portion that is thinner than the first plate thickness portion. The second plate thickness portion is formed in the lower portion region of the design region.

RESOLUTION MEANS
The present invention is an airbag device to be stowed in a vehicle seat, comprising:
an airbag cushion that restrains an occupant by expanding and deploying;
an inflator arranged on the inner side of the seat frame which supplies expansion gas to the airbag cushion; and
a cover member made of a ductile material that melts and shrinks under heat and pressure to retain the airbag cushion. The airbag cushion includes a rear chamber section where the inflator is stowed, and a front chamber section that extends forward from the rear chamber section that is arranged outside of the seat frame when stowed. The cover member is then configured to heat and pressurize the region corresponding to the front chamber section of the airbag cushion, thereby pressurizing and retaining the relevant section of the airbag cushion.-
