Abstract:
A slit nozzle includes: a first head, a second head facing the first head; and a plurality of cores located between the first head and the second head, wherein the plurality of cores includes: a first core and a third core for coating a coating solution; and a second core located between the first core and the third core so that coating of the coating solution via the first core and the third core is achieved at different instants of time.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a spray nozzle, configured with left and right halves, at least one of the left and right halves being defined with a mating surface in which a recess defining width of a linear opening of the nozzle is defined, each end of the nozzle being mounted with fenders jointly define the linear opening of the nozzle along with the recess, wherein the mating surface in which the recess is defined further includes with a N number of partitions dividing the recess into a N+1 number of individual ejectors, wherein N is a positive integer. The present invention is to divide a single mouth of a spray nozzle of larger dimension into a plurality of individual ejectors with smaller dimension. During the acceleration or reduction of the spray nozzle, each individual ejector will deliver a homogeneous and even quantity of working liquid at central and end portions. The present invention further provides a spraying apparatus incorporated with such spray nozzle and a method for operating the spray nozzle.
Abstract:
An apparatus that uses an optimized body design incorporating one or more interchangeable nozzle inserts with a wide array of discharge orifice sizes, configurations and spacings to efficiently and effectively deliver a pressurized, high velocity, laminar flow air stream to dry, cool, or clean objects that are either stationary or moving transversely through the optimized air stream developed by the apparatus, all while minimizing the operational downtime required to implement the interchangeable nozzle insert modifications to the apparatus.
Abstract:
A coolant spray nozzle for use in conjunction with a cutter with a coolant duct wherein the cutter retains a cutting insert with a cutting edge that engages a workpiece at an insert-chip interface having a length. The coolant spray nozzle includes a coolant spray nozzle body containing a bore and an adjustable fan spray nipple having a slot with a slot opening through which coolant discharges in a fan-shaped coolant spray so as to impinge the insert-chip interface along substantially the entire length of the insert-chip interface.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an aerosol device formed from: a container containing an aerosol composition comprising one or more propellants and, in an alcoholic or aqueous-alcoholic medium, one or more fixing polymers, and a means for dispensing the said aerosol composition comprising a diffuser equipped with a slit-shaped end orifice that produces a fan-shaped spray. The present invention also relates to a process for treating and especially for shaping keratin fibres, in particular the hair, comprising the use of this device, and to the use of the said device for shaping keratin fibres.
Abstract:
A tool for cleaning heat exchangers may include a fluid flow control valve, a hollow elongated stem attached to the valve and a hollow fan head attached to the hollow stem. The fan head may have a fan-head axis oriented at an oblique angle relative to a stem axis of the stem.
Abstract:
A nozzle comprises a lower nozzle plate including a lower impingement surface formed therein, at least one fluid intake port disposed at an inner end of the lower impingement surface, and an upper nozzle plate including an upper impingement surface formed therein and an upper orifice edge disposed along an outer end of the upper impingement surface. The nozzle includes a seal configured for sealing the lower nozzle plate to the upper nozzle plate, such that the lower and upper impingement surfaces are opposed toward one another, thereby forming a fluid channel between the impingement surfaces, directing pressurized fluid from the at least one fluid intake port to a slotted orifice formed between the opposed lower and upper orifice edges. The nozzle includes a droplet size adjustment mechanism configured for attachment to the upper and lower nozzle plates for selectively controlling fluid droplet size ejected from the slotted orifice.
Abstract:
High-pressure washing liquid spray intended for use in a washing machine for ophthalmic glass or other substrates, consisting of an entry opening (11) for washing liquid and an exit opening (12) for liquid in a jet, connected by a channel. The channel (1) has a rectangular channel in cross section which introduces a constriction, in particular in the center, giving that channel an X shape, so as to form, on one hand, downstream of the above-mentioned constriction, an expanded exit cavity (13) ending in a slit forming the exit opening (12) and, upstream of the above-mentioned constriction on the other hand, an entry cavity (14) in the base cone where the rectangular base forms the entry opening (11) of the channel (1).
Abstract:
The invention discloses a rotary waterfall shower comprising a hollow body, transversely arranged vane wheels, a front cover arranged on the front end of the body in a sealing way and a water division member which is arranged in the body in a sealing way and can cause the vane wheels to rotate, a pinion wheel is fixedly arranged on the front end of the vane wheels in an axial direction and is meshed with output gear wheels distributed in a central symmetry way, and each output gear wheel can drive one rotary water discharge component arranged on the front end of the front cover to rotate horizontally. Water sprinkled out from the water outlet of the rotary waterfall shower can be dynamically rotated to form gainly clusters of spiral waterfall water blooms, and the shower has the effect of gentle massage.
