Abstract: The invention relates to methods, non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, and apparatus for retransmitting wireless peer packets. A method for retransmitting wireless peer packets, which is performed by a processing unit of a first wireless slave device, includes: receiving a media packet that is originally sent by a wireless master device to a second wireless slave device in a peer-side time period; and transmitting the media packet in a medium in the peer-side time period when a retransmission mechanism is activated between the wireless master device and the second wireless slave device for retransmitting the media packet. The first wireless slave device and the second wireless slave device are mutually peer devices. The peer-side time period indicates a time period that is originally used by the second wireless slave device communicating with the wireless master device.

Abstract: This application provides example data retransmission methods and communication apparatuses. One example method includes receiving a physical protocol data unit (PPDU) by a first device and from a second device, where the PPDU includes a signaling field and a data field, the data field includes retransmitted data and newly transmitted data, the signaling field includes first indication information, or the signaling field comprises the first indication information and second indication information, the first indication information indicates a first modulation and coding scheme (MCS) and a first coding mode that are used for the newly transmitted data, and the second indication information indicates a second MCS and a second coding mode that are used for the retransmitted data. The PPDU is demodulated based on the signaling field.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A network entity (e.g., a base station or reader) may transmit an initial access trigger message (e.g., modulating a continuous wave transmission using amplitude shift keying (ASK)), and the trigger message may include an indication of a type of passive user equipment (PUE) or a PUE use case (e.g., high priority/latency-critical PUEs or low priority/latency non-critical PUEs). A receiving PUE may harvest energy from the initial access trigger message for transmitting an initial access response message including an identifier for the receiving PUE. The receiving PUE may transmit the initial access response message (e.g., on one or more initial access resources) using the harvested energy if the trigger message indicates the PUE's type of PUE or PUE use case. In some examples, the receiving PUE may ignore triggers for different types of PUEs or PUE use cases.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A wireless device may transmit feedback, such as hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback for groups of code blocks rather than for an entire transport block or individual code blocks. The wireless device may transmit an acknowledgement (ACK) or negative-acknowledgement (NACK) to provide feedback for each code block group of a set of code block groups. An ACK may indicate that code blocks in a code block group were successfully decoded, and a NACK may indicate that at least one code block in a code block group was not successfully decoded. Wireless devices may support several techniques for grouping code blocks for feedback reporting to allow for efficient retransmissions and limited overhead. Different grouping schemes may be employed depending on system constraints, device capability, link conditions, or the like.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an information transmission method, a UE and a network device, so as to solve the problem that the data transmission reliability is low when the UE accesses a network through a relay. The information transmission method includes transmitting duplicated data to a network device through one of: N relays, where N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 2; or an air interface between the UE and the network device as well as M relays, where M is a positive integer greater than or equal to 1.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed herein that provide low latency data communication with improved physical link layer reliability through repeated physical layer retransmission of data over a data connection whenever the connection is idle (i.e., no new data to send). In some embodiments, the transmission of administrative control symbols (e.g., “idles,” “commas”, etc.) can be suppressed or otherwise reduced to allow some of the available connection bandwidth to be used for data redundancy and fault tolerance through the repeated retransmission of data as described in more detail below. Accordingly, instead of executing time-consuming error correcting routines, a receive node can discard the erroneous data frame and process at least one repeat frame that carries the same data payload. Sequence numbers and/or other repeat indicators can be used to distinguish original frames from repeat frames and/or for identifying which frames carry the same data payload.
