Abstract: A clamp system (10) is provided for providing secure attachment of at least two connecting members (12, 14), and includes a connecting ring (16) having a flange portion (38) extending in an axial direction relative to a longitudinal axis of the connecting ring (16). Abstract: Systems and methods for diagnosing at least one component in an exhaust aftertreatment system are provided. The system includes an exhaust aftertreatment system coupled to an engine system, at least one sensor, and at least one processing circuit structured to: receive initial sensor data; determine an initial parameter value based on the initial sensor data; determine that the initial parameter does not satisfy an initial threshold; perform operations to diagnose at least one component of the exhaust aftertreatment system comprising: causing the engine system to operate through a sequence of a plurality of engine outputs; receiving a plurality of sensor data, each of the plurality sensor data corresponding to at least one of the plurality of engine outputs; comparing each of the plurality of sensor data to a corresponding threshold; and diagnosing the at least one component based on the comparison.

Abstract: At least some embodiments of present disclosure direct to a fuel injection timing drift detection and/or compensation system. In some cases, the system collects or receives a series of fuel pressure data measured by one or more fuel pressure sensors. The system is configured to receive an indication of fuel flow cutout and a start-of-injection command signal. The system calculates a set of pressure drops using the series of fuel pressure data and identifies a selected pressure drop greater than a predetermined threshold to determine a measured start-of-injection timing based on the selected pressure drop. The system is further configured to evaluate whether a fuel injection drifting occurs based on received start-of-injection command signal and the measured start-of-injection timing. In some cases, the fuel injection drifting is used to either compensate fuel injection timing or raise a flag indicating the drifting.

Abstract: A system includes an exhaust aftertreatment system including a particulate filter and a controller. The controller is configured to: receive information comprising a temperature regarding a filter of the aftertreatment system; and responsive to determining that the temperature regarding the filter is below a temperature threshold, command the engine to operate according to a first firing fraction. The first firing fraction may define a number of active cylinders of the engine relative to a total number of cylinders of the engine, and correspond to a predetermined temperature value of the filter.
