Abstract: The present invention discloses a linear light source having light guide with tapered saw tooth structures for Charge Coupling Device Module (CCDM). The linear light source comprises a light guide and at least two Light Emitting Diodes (LED's). The light guide includes two incident surfaces, a reflective surface, two refractive surfaces and an ejective surface. The reflective surface has a tapered saw tooth structure; the LEDs are disposed at two ends of the light guide. Upon emission of light from the LEDs, light enters into the light guide, reflected by the tapered saw tooth structures, and then ejected from the ejective surface. It is possible to form a U-shaped lambert distribution in the sub scanning direction, thereby generating the complementary effect for the pickup lens and the CCD image sensor of CCDM, as well as to create a linearly converged lambert distribution in the main scanning direction.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a U-shape optical path image scanning method and a scanning module thereof, in which an image of a document is reflected by a plurality of reflection mirrors to form image beams, and the image beams which enter the scanning module and the image beams which enter the pickup lens form a U-shape optical path. Optical axis of the pickup lens and the scanning module are parallel to the image of the document so as to prevent scattered beams from entering the pickup lens or forming a ghost image. Accordingly, the depth of field not only can be increased by increasing the length of the optical path in a limited space, but the pickup lens and the image sensor also can be easily adjusted in manufacture or assembly to reduce the assembly complexity and improve the mass production rate.

Abstract: An LED lighting device applied to laser beam printers (LBP), scanners, or multi-function printers (MFP) includes a lighting source, a focusing cap and a strip lens. The lighting source is composed of a plurality of LEDs that are arranged on the circuit board in a certain interval or in non-isometric, linearly or nonlinearly. The focusing cap disposed with a plurality of reflective areas is arranged between the lighting source and the lens. Each of the reflective areas corresponds to each of the LEDs and each of the reflective areas is arranged with a reflective surface according to types or lighting patterns of the LED. The strip lens is disposed on outer side of the focusing cap. The cross section of the lens includes an inner and an outer (or an upper and a lower) optical surfaces, respectively faces the plurality of LEDs and the scanned object. By disposition of the focusing cap that reflects and focuses light, evenness as well as brightness of the scanning light is effectively improved and assembling of the device is simplified. Therefore, manufacturing cost o the lighting device is reduced.

Each of the program and erase cell current sensing circuits further comprises a plurality of program/erase memory cells, a first NMOS transistor, a second NMOS transistor, a third NMOS transistor and a fourth PMOS transistor. Wherein, one of the drain/source of the first NMOS transistor is electrically coupled to both the program/erase memory cells and a gate of the third NMOS transistor to form a node. In addition, one of the drain/source of the third NMOS transistor is coupled to the latch circuit. Abstract: The present invention provides a flash memory including a memory cell, a current limiter and a program voltage generator. The memory cell is programmed in response to a program current and a program voltage. The current limiter reflects amount of the program current by a data-line signal, e.g., a data-line voltage. The program voltage generator generates and controls the program voltage in response to the data-line voltage, such that the program current can track to a constant reference current.
