Abstract:
Systems, apparatus, and computer program products are provided for determining the media format for transferring a customer from customer between specialists and/or from one communication source to another communication source within a customer service outlet, such as a banking center or the like. For example, while a two-way video conference system may be used for communication between a customer and a remote specialist, in certain instances in which the customer requires transfer to another specialist (e.g., a specialist having a different specialty) other media formats, such as one-way live video conference, live audio-only conference, text chat or the like may be implemented.
Abstract:
Proximity-triggered notifications/alerts are communicated to bank customers as a result of a previously abandoned/canceled ATM transaction that has subsequently been pre-queued for completion. In this regard, the present invention recognizes when the customer is proximate in location to a financial institution channel suitable for completing the transaction and sends the customer an alert, which is typically received by the customer via a mobile communication device. The alert indicates that the previous abandoned ATM transaction has been pre-queued for completion and provides the customer with the location of the nearest financial institution channel suitable for completing the transaction. In specific embodiments of the invention, pre-queuing of the transaction for completion provides for the customer to complete the transaction from the last existing point in the transaction completed by the customer.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the invention are directed to a system, method, or computer program product for receiving a customization that will be displayed on the screen of an ATM based on a customer initiating a session with the ATM. The customization is associated with a function to perform a financial transaction. The function is performed as a result of the customer interacting with the customization on the screen of the ATM. The customization may be altered based on a handicap impairment of the customer. The displaying of the customization may be restricted for security purposes or as a request of the customer.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the invention are directed to a system, method, or computer program product for communicating customer preferences to an automated teller machine (ATM). In this way, the system receives at least one customer preference for conducting transactions at an ATM and input from the customer indicating the customer's desire to conduct an ATM transaction. In response to receiving the customer input, the system may generate a customer preference communication for receipt by the ATM, wherein the customer preference communication comprises at least of the at least one customer preferences for conducting transactions at an ATM.
Abstract:
Disclosed is an automated teller machine (ATM) that directly communicates with consumer devices to provide privacy. The ATM typically includes a processor, a memory, and a module stored in the memory. The module is typically configured to: initiate an ATM session with a user; associate at least one user mobile computing device with the ATM session; process a first transaction request on behalf of the user during the ATM session; and, in response to processing the first transaction request, initiate an interactive session between the ATM and the user mobile computing device, wherein information associated with the first transaction request is communicated to the user mobile computing device during the interactive session.
Abstract:
Disclosed is an automated teller machine (ATM) configured for processing transaction statement inquiries. The ATM also typically includes a processor, a memory, and a module stored in the memory. The module is typically configured to: receive a first request from a user to view a transaction statement; present the transaction statement on a display associated with the automated teller machine, wherein the transaction statement comprises one or more line items corresponding to one or more transaction associated with the user account; receive a second request from the user to select at least one line item within the transaction statement for inquiry processing; and process at least one action for the at least one line item based at least partially on the second request from the user to select the at least one line item within the transaction statement for inquiry processing.
Abstract:
Systems, apparatus, and computer program products are provided for seamlessly transferring customers from one specialist to another specialist during an ongoing video conferencing communication session. In specific embodiments of the invention, simultaneous communication is provided amongst the customer, the transferor (or first) specialist and the transferee (or second) specialist, prior to the first specialist departing the communication session. In one specific embodiment, simultaneous communication provides for dual screen display, in which the customer views and communicates with both specialists simultaneously, while the specialists view and communicate with the customer and the other specialist. In additional embodiments of the invention, in which information pertaining to the customer may have privacy concerns, customer information exchange rules are implemented to automatically determine which information accessible to the first specialist can be communicated to the second specialist prior to the seamless transition.
Abstract:
Aspects of the disclosure relate to processing systems that implement an enhanced reality device to facilitate transactions at a screen-less automated teller machine (ATM). A computing platform may receive a request to initiate a transaction with a screen-less automated ATM. Based on the request to initiate the transaction, the computing platform may send pre-transaction interface information and commands directing the enhanced reality device to generate a pre-transaction interface. The computing platform may receive an authentication request from the screen-less ATM indicating its availability and requesting authentication information. In response to validating the authentication information, the computing platform may generate transaction interface information. The computing platform may send the transaction interface information to the enhanced reality device. The computing platform may receive a transaction completion indication from the screen-less ATM. After receiving the transaction completion indication, the computing platform may send haptic feedback indicating that the transaction is complete.
Abstract:
Arrangements for dynamic data exchange and control are provided. In some examples, user device location data may be detected by a system. The location data may be detected in real-time and one or more entities within a predefined proximity of the detected location may be identified. A communication session may be established with a first entity of the one or more entities identified and a request for a first offer may be transmitted to the first entity. In response, a first offer may be received from the first entity and evaluated to determine whether it is an optimized offer. If so, the offer may be presented to the user. If not, a counter offer may be generated using machine learning. The counter offer may be transmitted to the first entity for evaluation and acceptance or generation of another counter offer. Upon agreeing to a particular offer, the offer may be transmitted to the user device.
Abstract:
Aspects of the disclosure relate to processing systems that provide a teller assistant experience using enhanced reality interfaces. The computing platform may initiate a video call with an enhanced reality device, which may cause the enhanced reality device to display a user of the computing platform in a portion of a teller assistance experience interface and may cause the computing platform to display a video stream corresponding to a user of the enhanced reality device. The computing platform may receive a request to generate a teller experience notification based on the video stream. The computing platform may generate commands directing an enhanced reality teller control platform to generate the teller experience notification. The computing platform may send, to the enhanced reality teller control platform, the commands, which may cause the enhanced reality teller control platform to direct the enhanced reality device to display the teller experience notification.
