Abstract:
Aspects of the disclosure relate to processing systems that provide a teller assistant experience using enhanced reality interfaces. The computing platform may initiate a video call with an enhanced reality device, which may cause the enhanced reality device to display a user of the computing platform in a portion of a teller assistance experience interface and may cause the computing platform to display a video stream corresponding to a user of the enhanced reality device. The computing platform may receive a request to generate a teller experience notification based on the video stream. The computing platform may generate commands directing an enhanced reality teller control platform to generate the teller experience notification. The computing platform may send, to the enhanced reality teller control platform, the commands, which may cause the enhanced reality teller control platform to direct the enhanced reality device to display the teller experience notification.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the invention are directed to a system, method, or computer program product for receiving a customization that will be displayed on the screen of an ATM based on a customer initiating a session with the ATM. The customization is associated with a function to perform a financial transaction. The function is performed as a result of the customer interacting with the customization on the screen of the ATM. The customization may be altered based on a handicap impairment of the customer. The displaying of the customization may be restricted for security purposes or as a request of the customer.

Abstract:
Systems, apparatus, and computer program products are provided for determining the media format for transferring a customer from customer between specialists and/or from one communication source to another communication source within a customer service outlet, such as a banking center or the like. For example, while a two-way video conference system may be used for communication between a customer and a remote specialist, in certain instances in which the customer requires transfer to another specialist (e.g., a specialist having a different specialty) other media formats, such as one-way live video conference, live audio-only conference, text chat or the like may be implemented.
Abstract:
The present invention is directed to apparatuses, methods, and computer program products for implementing a pre-contracted, staged, currency exchange system. Implementation includes receiving travel information from a user; processing the travel information, wherein processing the travel information comprises determining a negotiated currency exchange rate based on the received travel information; generating a contract based on processing the travel information, wherein the contract comprises terms for executing one or more transactions using the negotiated currency exchange rate, wherein the negotiated currency exchange rate is valid for at least one of a predetermined location, a predetermined number of transactions, or a predetermined period of time; and executing one or more transactions using the negotiated currency exchange rate in accordance with the contract terms.
Abstract:
Systems, methods, computer-readable media and apparatuses pre-processing a negotiable instrument, such as a check, are presented. An image of a portion of the check may be received, such as from a mobile device of a user. The portion provided in the image may include a convenience area of the check identifying an amount of the check as a numerical value and a quick response (QR) code. The QR code may contain data such as that contained in the magnetic ink character recognition (MICR) line of the check. The image may be processed to identify one or more options available for continued processing of the check or for cancelling the transaction. The options may be provided to the user, such as via a user interface. In some examples, the user interface may be provided on the mobile device used to capture the image of the portion of the check.
Abstract:
Methods, systems, and computer-readable media are provided for resilient document image production. During a document deposit transaction, such as a check deposit, a self-service device, such as an automated teller machine (ATM), may experience a fault. In some instances, an image of the document may have been scanned prior to experiencing the fault. The self-service device may retrieve one or more scanned images, for example, over a time window prior to the fault, such as 5 minutes, and allow access to the retrieved images. A processing entity may access the retrieved images, determine that one of the retrieved images is associated with the first document deposit transaction, and resolve a claim for the document deposit transaction.
Abstract:
A frictionless automated teller machine (ATM) computing system may include an ATM and an authentication server, a beacon device and, in some cases, a mobile device running a mobile application. The devices of the frictionless ATM computing system facilitates simplified user interaction with the ATM. As a user approaches the ATM, the mobile device may receive the beacon signal including a command to awaken the mobile application. After receipt, the mobile application may communicate an identifier to the authentication server, and the ATM may capture an image of the user. At the application server, the user image may be authenticated and confirmation returned to the ATM. After receipt of the confirmation, the ATM may prompt the user to enter an additional identifier. Upon confirmation of the additional identifier, the ATM may dispense a specified amount of currency.
Abstract:
Aspects of the disclosure relate to processing systems that provide a teller assistant experience using enhanced reality interfaces. The computing platform may receive, from an enhanced reality device, pre-transaction information corresponding to an interaction with an automated teller machine terminal platform. Based on the pre-transaction information, the computing platform may generate teller assistant experience information and commands directing the enhanced reality device to generate a teller assistant experience interface using the teller assistant experience information. The computing platform may send the teller assistant experience information and the commands directing the enhanced reality device to generate the teller assistant experience interface using the teller assistant experience information. The computing platform may initiate a video call between the enhanced reality device and a teller interaction platform, which may be displayed at the enhanced reality device in a portion of the teller assistant experience interface.
