Abstract: A manufacturing method of narrow type inkjet print head chip is provided and includes steps of: (S1) providing a silicon substrate; (S2) arranging and disposing an active component layer by utilizing a first type photomask on at least two high-precision regions of each of a plurality of inkjet print head chip regions on the silicon substrate; (S3) arranging and disposing a passive component layer by utilizing a second type photomask on the active component layer; and (S4) cutting the silicon substrate according to the inkjet print head chip regions so as to form the plurality of narrow type inkjet print head chips.

Abstract: A gas detection and cleaning system for a vehicle is disclosed and includes an external modular base, a gas detection module and a cleaning device. The gas detection module is connected to a first external connection port of the external modular base to detect a gas in the vehicle and output the information datum. The information datum is transmitted through the first external connection port to a driving and controlling module of the external modular base, processed and converted into an actuation information datum for being externally outputted through a second external connection port of the external modular base. The cleaning device is connected with the second external connection port through an external port to receive the actuation information datum outputted from the second external connection port to actuate or close the cleaning device.

Abstract: A positive airway pressure apparatus is disclosed and includes a mask, a micro pump and a processor. The mask is fastened on a user's face and is spatially corresponding to an airway opening of the user, so as to form a closed space. The micro pump is assembled with the cover and is in fluid communication with the exterior of the mask. The processor transmits an actuation control signal to the micro pump so as to actuate the micro pump. Consequently, air is transported into the closed space from the exterior of the mask, and a positive pressure airflow is formed and flows into the airway of the user. A pressure sensor is disposed within the closed space to detect the pressure of the closed space, so that the processor can determine the respiratory state of the user and control the air pressure output of the micro pump correspondingly.

Abstract: A remote control system for gas detection and purification is disclosed and includes a remote control device, a gas detection module and a gas purification device. The remote control device includes a gas inlet and a gas outlet. The gas detection module is disposed in the remote control device and in communication with the gas outlet to detect the gas located in an indoor space. The gas detection module provides and outputs a gas detection datum, and the remote control device transmits an operation command via wireless transmission. The gas purification device is disposed in the indoor space and receives the operating instruction transmitted from the remote control device to be operated. When the gas purification device is under the activated state, the gas in the indoor space is purified, and the purification operation mode of the gas purification device is adjusted according to the first gas detection datum.

Abstract: A manufacturing method of miniature fluid actuator is disclosed and includes the following steps. A flow-channel main body manufactured by a CMOS process is provided, and an actuating unit is formed by a deposition process, a photolithography process and an etching process. Then, at least one flow channel is formed by etching, and a vibration layer and a central through hole are formed by a photolithography process and an etching process. After that, an orifice layer is provided to form at least one outflow opening by an etching process, and then a chamber is formed by rolling a dry film material on the orifice layer. Finally, the orifice layer and the flow-channel main body are flip-chip aligned and hot-pressed, and then the miniature fluid actuator is obtained by a flip-chip alignment process and a hot pressing process.

Abstract: A heat-dissipating component for a mobile device includes a case body, a micro pump, and a heat dissipation tube plate. The case body has a vent hole and a positioning accommodation trough. The bottom of the positioning accommodation trough is in communication with the vent hole. The micro pump is disposed in the positioning accommodation trough and corresponds to the vent hole The heat dissipation tube plate has cooling fluid inside. One end of the heat dissipation tube plate is fixed on the positioning accommodation trough and contacts a heating element of the mobile device. The gas transmitted by the micro pump forms gas flow so as to perform heat exchange with heat absorbed by the heat dissipation tube plate, and the gas flow is discharged out through the vent hole.

Abstract: A driving and information transmitting system for an air-filtering protection device includes a filtering mask, an actuating and sensing device mounted on the filtering mask, a power supply device and a connection device. The actuating and sensing device includes at least one sensor, at least one actuating device, a microprocessor, a power controller and a data transceiver. The actuating device is enabled to transfer air to flow toward the sensor. The power supply device transfers an energy to the power controller for enabling the sensor and the actuating device. After monitored information is generated by the sensor and processed into an output data by the microprocessor, the data transceiver receives and transmits the output data to the connection device. After a control command is given by the connection device, the data transceiver receives and transmits the control command to the microprocessor to control the sensor and enable the actuating device.

Abstract: A gas detecting module is provided. The gas detecting module includes a base, a piezoelectric actuator, a driving circuit board, a laser component, a particulate sensor and an outer cover. A gas-guiding-component loading regain and a laser loading region are separated by the base. By the design of the gas flowing path, the driving circuit board covering the bottom surface of the base, and the outer cover covering the surfaces of the base, an inlet path is collaboratively defined by the gas inlet groove of the base and the driving circuit board, and an outlet path is collaboratively defined by a gas outlet groove of the base, the outer cover and the driving circuit board. Consequently, the thickness of the gas detecting module is drastically reduced.
