Abstract: [Problem] To provide: a bactericidal agent composition which can exhibit an excellent bactericidal effect in the presence of an organic substance and against biofilms; a method for producing the bactericidal agent composition; and a sterilization method using the bactericidal agent composition. [Solution] A bactericidal agent composition which comprises water containing ultrafine bubbles having a most frequent particle diameter of 500 nm or less and a bactericidal component. Preferably, the density of most frequent particles of the ultrafine bubbles are 10,000 particles or more and the density of ultrafine bubbles each having a particle diameter of 1000 nm or less is 1,000,000 particles or more.

Abstract: The present invention is to provide a brake disk capable of enhancing the turning performance of a motorcycle by reducing the inertia, and preventing deposition on a braking portion by reducing a temperature variation of the braking portion. A brake disk 1 is provided with a sliding disk 10, a hub disk 20, and a connection pin 31 for connecting the disks 10 and 20 to each other at plural positions in the circumferential direction of the brake disk 1. An engaging convex portion 12 projecting inwardly of the sliding disk 10 is formed on the sliding disk 10 at circumferential positions corresponding to the connection pins 31. An engaging concave portion 24 for receiving the engaging convex portion 12 is formed in the outer periphery of the hub disk 20. An insertion hole 12c for the connection pin 31 is formed in the engaging convex portion 12.

Abstract: A rotation transmission disc includes: an outer circumferential portion on which a load acts when rotation is transmitted; a center opening portion formed inside the outer circumferential portion; and a plurality of attachment holes for attachment of the rotation transmission disc 1 to a rotating element. A first crosspiece portions are formed in each of ranges of divided angles formed by two adjacent attachment holes with respect to a center of the rotation transmission disc. The first crosspiece portion extends from a load point, which is an intersection between a straight line extending in a radial direction to internally divide the divided angles at a predetermined angular ratio and a load radius position of the outer circumferential portion, to one of the attachment holes forming the divided angles. The second crosspiece portion extends from the load point to the other attachment hole of the attachment holes forming the divided angles.

Abstract: In a brake-disc intermediate product, a corrugated portion is molded using an upper mold and a lower mold. The brake-disc intermediate product is set in a mold, the mold has a slope corresponding to the corrugated portion, and an angular portion formed along the outer circumferential edge of the corrugated portion is in contact with the slope in a state where the brake-disc intermediate product is set in the mold. The angular portion in contact with the slope is deformed by pressing the brake-disc intermediate product in a direction of the mold, to mold a chamfer portion. The slope is formed so that a chamfering angle formed with respect to an inner bottom surface of the mold is larger at a portion in contact with the concave portion than a chamfering angle at a portion in contact with the convex portion.
