    Abstract: A miniature fluid actuator is disclosed and includes a substrate, a chamber layer, a carrying layer and a piezoelectric assembly. The substrate has an inlet. The chamber layer is formed on the substrate and includes a first chamber in communication with the inlet, a resonance layer and a second chamber. The resonance layer has a central aperture in communication between the first chamber and the second chamber. The carrying layer includes a fixed region formed on the chamber layer, a vibration region, a connection portion and a vacant. The vibration region is located at a center of the fixed region and corresponding to the second chamber. The connection portion is connected between the fixed region and the vibration region. The vacant is formed among the fixed region, the vibration region and the connection portion. The piezoelectric assembly is formed on the vibration region.

    Abstract: A particle detecting module is provided and includes a base, a piezoelectric actuator, a driving circuit board, a laser component, a particulate sensor and an outer cover. A gas-guiding-component loading region and a laser loading region are separated by the base. By the design of the gas flowing path, the driving circuit board covering the bottom surface of the base, and the outer cover covering the surfaces of the base, an inlet path is defined by the gas inlet groove of the base, and an outlet path is defined by a gas outlet groove of the base. Consequently, the thickness of the particle detecting module is drastically reduced.

    Abstract: A micro-electromechanical fluid control device includes at least one flow guiding unit. The at least one flow guiding unit includes an inlet plate, a substrate, a resonance membrane, an actuating membrane and an outlet plate sequentially stacked. A first chamber is defined between the resonance membrane and the actuating membrane and a second chamber is defined between the actuating membrane and the outlet plate. While the piezoelectric membrane of the flow guiding unit drives the actuating membrane, a fluid is inhaled into the convergence chamber via the inlet of the inlet plate, transported into the first chamber via the central aperture of the resonance membrane, transported into the second chamber via a vacant space of the actuating membrane, and discharged out from the outlet of the outlet plate, so as to control the fluid to flow.

    Abstract: A device includes a main body and an actuating and sensing module. A length of the main body is 0.2˜6 mm. A width of the main body is 0.1˜5.5 mm. A height of the main body is 0.1˜2.5 mm. The actuating and sensing module is disposed in the main body. The actuating and sensing module includes a carrier, a sensor, an actuator, a driving-and-transporting controller and a battery. The sensor, the actuator, the driving-and-transporting controller and the battery are disposed on the carrier. The actuator is disposed on one lateral side of the sensor. The actuator has a fluid channel. The actuator is enabled to transport fluid, so that the fluid flows through the fluid channel toward the sensor, and the sensor measures the fluid received therethrough.

    Abstract: A micro-electromechanical systems pump includes a first substrate, a first oxide layer, a second substrate, and a piezoelectric element.     Abstract: A liquid supplying device for a human insulin injection includes a substrate, a liquid storage chamber, a flow-guiding-and-actuating unit, a sensor and a driving chip. The flow-guiding-and-actuating unit includes a liquid guiding channel having a liquid guiding outlet in fluid communication with a liquid storage outlet of the liquid storage chamber. The sensor contacts with the human skin to measure a blood glucose level contained in sweat. The driving chip is configured to control the actuation of the flow-guiding-and-actuating unit, control open/closed states of the switching valves and receive the measured data from the sensor for determination. By driving the flow-guiding-and-actuating unit, a pressure gradient is generated, and an insulin liquid stored in the liquid storage chamber is transported to the liquid guiding outlet through the liquid guiding channel, flowing into a microneedle patch, and injected into a subcutaneous tissue through a plurality of hollow microneedles.

    Abstract: An intelligent bra includes a main body and an air pump. The main body includes a connection base connected with a cup set, two back bands and two fixing elements. The cup set includes a first cup, a second cup and a central part defined between the first cup and the second cup. The cup set includes an outer layer, an inner layer and an air bag layer. The air bag layer is disposed between the outer layer and the inner layer. A connection end of an airflow channel of the air bag layer is disposed on the central part. The two back bands are respectively connected with the connection base. The two fixing elements are disposed on the lateral sides of the two back bands, respectively. The air pump is detachably connected with the connection end, so as to adjust an inner pressure of the air bag layer.

    Abstract: A micro fluid actuator includes a first substrate, a chamber layer, a vibration layer, a first metal layer, a piezoelectric actuation layer, a second metal layer, a second substrate, an inlet layer, a resonance layer and an aperture array plate. The first substrate includes a plurality of first outflow apertures and a plurality of second outflow apertures. The chamber layer includes a storage chamber. The second metal layer includes an upper electrode pad and a lower electrode pad. While driving power having different phase charges is provided to the upper electrode pad and the lower electrode pad to drive and control the vibration layer to displace in a reciprocating manner, the fluid is inhaled from the exterior through the inlet layer, converged to the storage chamber, compressed and pushes out the aperture array plate, and then is discharged out from the micro fluid actuator to achieve fluid transportation.
