    Abstract: An elevator dispatch control system includes an electronic UserID detection device that detects a UserID device and extracts a device identifier associated with the UserID device. An electronic ride request unit detects a ride request of a user. An electronic elevator controller is in communication with the UserID device and the ride request unit. The elevator controller determines contact information of the user based on a comparison between the extracted device identifier and a plurality of stored device identifiers stored in a database. The elevator controller transmits elevator car assignment information to the user device associated with the UserID device based on the determined contact information.

    Abstract: Embodiments herein relate to an elevator system of a facility with multiple floors. The elevator system can comprise elevator cars and an elevator controller. The elevator controller includes a memory and a processor. The memory stores computer program instructions executable by the processor to cause the elevator system to determine a current utilization of the elevator system, automatically activate an adaptive split group operation on a per floor basis when the current utilization of the elevator system is greater than a threshold utilization of the elevator system, and dispatch the elevator cars under the adaptive split group operation in accordance with elevator calls.

    Abstract: A method of establishing a range restriction for calling an elevator car through a mobile device is provided. The method comprising: displaying a map of a desired building on a manager device; adjusting the range restriction using the manager device, wherein the range restriction limits elevator calls to mobile devices located within a selected range of the desired building; receiving an elevator call from a mobile device, the elevator call including a geographical location of the mobile device; and moving the elevator car in response to the elevator call when the geographical location of the mobile device is within the range restriction limits.
