Abstract:
A pedicure spa tub sanitary apparatus and system includes a disposable spa tub basin liner and a disposable gas jet member that includes a quick-connect coupling for easy assembly and removal after each use. The spa tub basin liner is made from plastic and conforms to the shape of the spa tub. The disposable gas jet member is also preferably made from plastic or other rigid material and cooperates with a valved gas coupling member secured in the spa basin wall to provide a safe and sanitary air jetting function when the spa tub basin is filled with water, thereby reducing the risk of spreading infectious disease. During use, the disposable gas jet member may be disposed within a wall trough of the spa tub to protect the disposable gas jet member and quick-connect coupling from accidental breakage and/or disconnection.
Abstract:
A wearable thorax percussion device for dislodging mucous buildup in the airways of a human patient, the device comprising a garment fitting over the thorax, a rigid element attached to the external surface of the garment, an electromechanical actuator retained by the rigid element to intermittently percuss the thorax, and an electronic controller for generating and modulating an electrical signal to energize the actuator. The rigid element may be adjustably positioned on the garment to accommodate thoraxes of different dimensions. The actuator may be compressible between the rigid element and the thorax to better maintain contact with the thorax.
Abstract:
An improved vibrating massager is disclosed. The massager includes an inner shell, at least one vibrating unit, at least one power-supply unit, a control circuit board, at least two conductive strips having a first conductive strip and a second conductive strip, a switch, a first outer shell, a waterproof o-ring, and a second outer shell. Particularly the switch and the control circuit board are integrated and a program for memorizing previously-used vibrating frequency is installed in the control circuit board. As a result, the previously-used vibrating frequency can be re-applied in next use without extensive control (e.g., number of times for pushing button is decreased).
Abstract:
The present invention relate to a massager system also referred to as a modular erogenous stimulation system that comprises functional interchangeable building blocks including at least one vibrator component, which can be a vibratory device for stimulating the erogenous zones, and at least one control component, which can be a control module that can be docked with and removed easily from the vibratory component. The present invention also relates to embodiments of the at least one vibratory apparatus that may be worn by a female for stimulating the internal vaginal erogenous zones, external clitoral erogenous zones, or both the internal vaginal erogenous zones and external clitoral erogenous zones of the female genitalia simultaneously, or by a male for stimulating the female erogenous zones, the male erogenous zones, or both simultaneously.
Abstract:
A vibratory assembly is provided that incorporates a vibratory mechanism worn by a sexual participant on one or more digits of an articulating member for the sexual exploration and stimulation of erogenous zones. A modular erogenous stimulation system including the vibratory assembly is also provided along with a kit for providing erogenous stimulation to at least one participant.
Abstract:
The system includes one or more devices to improve performance of selected internal organs by stimulating the organs through vibrating action of the device to restore their normal youthful function. Sources of vibration include a capsule, which can be swallowed, or a larger member that is introduced through the rectum or esophagus or applied into the abdominal cavity with or without incision. These vibration sources are either implanted and inserted for natural passage along the digestive tract, or they are retained at the end of a flexible shaft of length sufficient to reach their deepest intended placement from access through the mouth or rectum. Additionally, in the case of the vibrating capsule, it can be swallowed as well as implanted and released for natural passage along the small intestine and colon. The capsule can also be retained at the end of a flexible, controllable shaft of length sufficient to reach past the duodenum. The flexible shaft movement is controllable to increase effectiveness.
Abstract:
A control system for controlling an exoskeleton worn by a user and having one or more actuators associated with various body members of the exoskeleton each corresponding to a body part of the user. The control system comprises a user interface for receiving input data indicative of a desired movement sequence, a memory component for storing pre-programmed movement data indicative of one or more sequential instructions required to effect the movement sequence, each instruction being associated with relative actuator movements for performing the instruction, and an actuator controller for moving the one or more actuators according to the relative actuator movements for each instruction. The control system also comprises a terrain sub-system for adjusting the actuator movements upon detection of a change in terrain slope and a balance control sub-system for periodically adjusting the balance of the exoskeleton during relative movement of the one or more actuators.
Abstract:
A wall integrable multisensory therapy device for securement in a wall of a room dedicated for physiological therapeutic treatment is described. The device has a convection conduit with a bottom air intake and a top air outlet. A blower is secured between the inlet port and outlet port to heat air convected therethrough. Associated with the convection conduit is a front panel incorporating therein audio speakers and two different light sources, one being a white light source and the other being a colored light source. The white light source provides a luminotherapeutic sensation and the colored light source provides a chromotherapeutic sensation. The heated air provides a thermotherapeutic sensation. An aromatic liquid dispenser is also associated with the front panel provides an aromatherapeutic sensation. An audio transmitter equipped with speakers provides for a relaxing sensation of hearing to a user person. A control module is associated with a data processor which is programmed to generate combinations of these treatments some being adjustable in intensity levels and all having time adjustment capabilities, as programmed for selection by the user person.
