Abstract: Devices, systems, and methods for percussion therapy of a patient's torso area provide percussive force to release and/or dislodge mucous from respiratory airways of a human patient. Such devices, systems, and methods may include a torso covering for securing to a patient's torso, percussive devices coupled to the torso covering, and an attachment assembly for supporting the torso covering. The percussive devices may include a percussion frame, an electromechanically actuated percussor for controlled movement between end positions, and resilient members attached to opposite ends of the percussion frame for assisting controlled movement of the percussor. The devices, systems, and methods disclosed herein provide efficient and comfortable high-frequency percussive force to a patient's torso, reducing stress on the patient and improving patient experience.

Abstract: A stimulation device includes an exterior housing including an opening. A power source is disposed within the exterior housing. A motor is disposed within the housing and the motor receives power from the power source to generate a spinning motion. A motion converter transforms the spinning portion from the motor into a reciprocating motion. An air cylinder receives the reciprocating motion from the motion converter and expands and contracts a volume of a chamber therefrom, the chamber delivering an alternating positive and negative pressure to the opening of the exterior housing as the chamber volume contracts and expands, respectively. An impermeable structure separates the air cylinder from the motor and power source, within the exterior housing.

Abstract: A vibration therapy device that includes a housing that includes a handle portion, a head portion and a module seat defined on the head portion, an electrical source, a motor positioned in the housing, a switch for activating the motor, a push rod assembly operatively connected to the motor and configured to reciprocate in response to activation of the motor, and a therapy module removably secured to the module seat. The distal end of the push rod assembly is configured to removably receive a reciprocating attachment thereon. The therapy module at least partially surrounds the distal end of the push rod assembly.

Abstract: The present invention provides a massage device, comprising: a massaging head; an eccentric wheel with a shaft hole; a driver with a driving shaft that passes in the shaft hole of the eccentric wheel to drive the eccentric wheel rotating; a slider slidably installed in the eccentric wheel; a connecting rod connected to the slider and the massage head whereby the driving shaft drives the slider rotating to take the massaging head moving back and forth by the connecting rod for beating a user' muscle; and a movable seat with a shaft hole for the driving shaft passing through the shaft hole; wherein the slider is radially slidable relative the shaft hole to move close to or away from the driving shaft so as to change an eccentric radium of the eccentric wheel; and accordingly, a movement depth of the massaging head is adjustable.

Abstract: A system and method for controlling sexual stimulation devices using motion-sensing controllers. The system comprises a male sexual stimulation device and a motion sensing controller configured to control the operation of the reciprocating linear motion driver. In operation, natural motions of a user with the motion sensing controller result in corresponding motions of the male sexual stimulation device such as reciprocal linear motions and rotational motions.

Abstract: A motorized cervical traction device comprises an inferior base configured to attach to a patient support (such as an operating table or gurney), a superior base spaced apart from the inferior base along a cranial/caudal direction, and a set of linear actuators extending between the inferior base and the superior base. The superior base includes an attachment point configured to enable mechanical coupling of a load sensor and a patient head attachment (e.g., Gardner-Wells device or Mayfield skull clamp) to the superior base. In use, the device provides real-time load sensing capability and can apply distraction via extension of the linear actuators to a preset load (force control) or displacement (position control). The device also includes a flexion/extension mechanism that enables rotational positioning of the linear actuators relative to the inferior base along and enables control of the flexion/extension angle of the applied traction.

Abstract: An adaptive assistive and/or rehabilitative device may be configurable for use with another assistive device, such as a wearable assistive device. When the wearable assistive device is a robotic device such as an exoskeleton, the adaptive assistive and/or rehabilitative device may be transformed into a first configuration for charging or storing the exoskeleton, a second configuration for transport of the exoskeleton, a third configuration for assistance in donning of the exoskeleton by a user, and a fourth configuration for assisting the user while standing or walking with the exoskeleton.
