    Abstract: A surface protective film includes a three-layer laminated structure including an adhesive layer, a middle layer and a back layer, wherein the adhesive layer is formed from at least one selected from the group consisting of an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer and an ethylene-methyl methacrylate copolymer, the middle layer containing at least one selected from the group consisting of a polyethylene-based resin having a density of 0.870-0.935 g/cm3 and an ethylene-methyl methacrylate copolymer, and the back layer includes a polypropylene-based resin and a low-density polyethylene, wherein the back layer has a surface with an arithmetic average roughness (Ra) of 0.6 μm or more and a ten-point average roughness (Rz) of 4 μm or more.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a conductive adhesive tape which can exhibit extremely stable electroconductivity upon use over a long duration and/or use under severe environmental conditions even when applied in a small area. The conductive thermosetting adhesive tape includes a metallic foil; and a thermosetting adhesive layer on one side of the metallic foil. The thermosetting adhesive layer has a bond strength before curing of 2 N/20 mm or more and a bond strength after curing of 10 N/20 mm or more. The conductive thermosetting adhesive tape is preferably one including the metallic foil; the thermosetting adhesive layer on one side of the metallic foil; and a terminal exposed from the surface of the thermosetting adhesive layer, in which the conductive thermosetting adhesive tape has a total area of the terminal present per 30 mm2 of the surface of the thermosetting adhesive layer of from 0.1 to 5 mm2.

    Abstract: A surface protective sheet for semiconductor wafer, used in wafer back grinding during a process comprising (1) forming grooves on the surface a of semiconductor wafer furnished with a circuit so that the cutting depth of the grooves are smaller than the thickness of the wafer and (2) grinding the back of the wafer so that the thickness of the wafer is reduced and that the wafer is finally divided into individual chips.
