Abstract: A computer-implemented method for automating calls from a call center to a lead comprises determining, with at least one processor, a number of contact attempts based at least partially on at least one rule, determining, with at least one processor, a cadence of the number of contact attempts based at least partially on a predictive model, initiating a plurality of contact attempts based at least partially on the cadence, and ending the plurality of contact attempts in response to at least one of the following: the number of contact attempts has been met, a contact attempt is successful, the lead opted out, the lead scheduled a future contact attempt, or any combination thereof. A system and computer program product are also provided.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention are directed to methods for providing captioned telephone service. One method includes initiating a first captioned telephone service call. During the first captioned telephone service call, a first set of captions is created using a human captioner. Simultaneous with creating the first set of captions using a human captioner, a second set of captions is created using an automated speech recognition captioner. The first set of captions and the second set of captions are compared using a scoring algorithm. In response to the score of second set of captions being within predetermined range of scores, the call is continued using only the automated speech recognition captioner. In response to the score of second set of captions being outside of a predetermined range of scores, the call is continued using a human captioner.

Abstract: A computer detects a connected voice or video call between participants and records a brief media sample. Speech recognition is utilized to determine when the call is connected as well as to transcribe the content of the audio portion of the media sample. The recorded media sample and transcribed content is associated with the connected voice or video call such that a user may reference it at a later point. The computer additionally suggests creating or editing contact information associated with the participants of the connected voice or video call based on the transcribed content.

Abstract: Configuration parameters are defined for indicating when and how a call handled by a call handler is to be streamed to a speech analytics system (“SAS”). The parameters may indicate when a call is to be streamed by identifying certain campaigns which calls associated therewith are to be streamed to the SAS. The parameters may also identify how the streaming is to occur, namely via a single audio stream, a mixed audio stream, or dual audio streams. When using dual audio streams, a stream for the agent audio is established separately from a stream for the remote party audio. In addition, procedures are indicated for determining whether sufficient number of licenses are available for interfacing with the SAS. The number of licenses used for a call depends on whether the configuration parameters indicate one or two streams are to be established.
