Abstract: A liquid jet head and a liquid jet recording device capable of accurately detecting the temperature of the ink are provided. A liquid jet head according to an embodiment of the disclosure includes a flow channel member provided with a flow channel of a liquid, and having a high heat conduction part disposed so as to have contact with the liquid flowing inside the flow channel, and a low heat conduction part having lower thermal conductivity than thermal conductivity of the high heat conduction part, a temperature detection element disposed outside the flow channel, and attached to the high heat conduction part, and a liquid jet section from which the liquid is jetted.

Abstract: According to an embodiment, an ink jet head (liquid ejecting head) includes an actuator plate and a cover plate (see FIG. 8). As illustrated in FIG. 1, channel grooves for a discharge channel (ejection channel) and a non-discharge channel (non-ejection channel) in a Z-direction are formed on a front surface of the actuator plate, so as to be alternately arranged in an X-direction, by cutting with a dicing blade or the like. The discharge channel and the non-discharge channel are formed to have a groove width W of smaller than 70 μm, in order to correspond to high density of nozzles. In the embodiment, the discharge channel and the non-discharge channel are formed to have a groove width of 55 μm, 50 μm, or 40 μm, for example.

Abstract: There are provided a liquid jet head and a liquid jet recording device each capable of appropriately cutting off the liquid column formed immediately after being jetted from the jet hole to prevent the satellite droplet from generating, and further achieving easier maintenance of the jet hole part. The liquid jet head includes a drive actuator, a jet hole plate, and a flow channel operating actuator. The drive actuator applies a pressure variation to a liquid filled therein. The jet hole plate is disposed on a downstream side of the drive actuator and adapted to jet the liquid having flown out from the drive actuator from the jet hole to the outside of the drive actuator. The flow channel operating actuator is disposed between the drive actuator and the jet hole plate, provided with a communication section adapted to communicate the drive actuator and the jet hole with each other, and has a configuration capable of performing a displacing operation on at least a part of the peripheral edge part of the communication section.

Abstract: There are provided a liquid jet head and a liquid jet recording device capable of enhancing the reliability. A liquid jet head according to an embodiment of the disclosure is a liquid jet head adapted to jet a liquid including an actuator plate having a plurality of ejection grooves each filled with the liquid, and a nozzle plate having a plurality of nozzle holes individually communicated with the respective ejection grooves, formed so as to have a profile smaller than a profile of the actuator plate, and bonded to the actuator plate so as to cover the plurality of ejection grooves, wherein a predetermined mark with which a position of the nozzle plate with respect to the actuator plate is checked is formed in an area outside a part corresponding to an outer periphery of the nozzle plate on a bonding surface of the actuator plate with the nozzle plate.

Abstract: A liquid jet head includes an actuator plate on which are formed ejection channels which extend in a channel extending direction and are filled with ink, and dummy channels which extend in the channel extending direction and are not filled with ink. A nozzle plate is laminated on the actuator plate and includes nozzle holes each communicating with a corresponding ejection channel at a central part in the channel extending direction of the ejection channel. The actuator plate includes a first channel row and a second channel row each of which includes the ejection channels and the dummy channels alternately arranged side by side in the X direction, the first and second channel rows being spaced apart in the channel extending direction. The ejection channels and the dummy channels are each symmetric with respect to a plane that passes through the center in the channel extending direction and perpendicular to the channel extending direction.
