Abstract: A thermal module structure includes an aluminum base having a heat pipe receiving groove formed on one side thereof; a heat dissipation unit including a plurality of radiation fin assemblies or heat sinks and being provided with a first heat pipe receiving section; a plurality of heat pipes made of a copper material and respectively having a heat absorption section and a horizontally extended condensation section; and a copper embedding layer provided on surfaces of the heat pipe receiving groove and the first heat pipe receiving section. The aluminum base and the heat dissipation unit are horizontally parallelly arranged. The heat absorption sections are fitted in the heat pipe receiving groove, and the condensation sections are extended through the first heat pipe receiving section. With the copper embedding layer, the aluminum base and the heat dissipation unit can be directly welded to the heat pipes.

Abstract: A thermal module assembling structure includes a heat dissipation board and at least one heat pipe. The heat dissipation board has a receiving channel for fitting the heat pipe therethrough. Two sides of upper side of the receiving channel are respectively formed with two ribs. The ribs horizontally protrude and extend toward the middle of the receiving channel to face the heat pipe fitted in the receiving channel. At least one deformed recess is formed on an upper surface of each of the ribs, whereby the lower surfaces of the ribs and a surface of the heat pipe are deformed to form at least one deformed connection section between the lower surfaces of the ribs and the surface of the heat pipe. By means of the restriction of the deformed connection section, the heat pipe is prevented from being extracted out of the receiving channel.

Abstract: A heat dissipation unit and a thermal module thereof. The heat dissipation unit includes a base seat and a first radiating fin assembly. The base seat has a first side and a second side. The first radiating fin assembly is composed of multiple first radiating fins. Two ends of each first radiating fin are respectively formed with a first end edge and a second end edge on the first side. The respective first radiating fins are arranged with the height and width gradually increased. The first radiating fin is formed with at least one first support section and a first opening in a position corresponding to the first support section. The first support section abuts against and supports another first radiating fin. By means of the structural design of the first support section, the structural strength of the radiating fins is greatly enhanced and the manufacturing cost is lowered.
