Abstract: Embodiments provide devices, systems and methods for preventing deep vein (DV) thrombosis (DVT). One embodiment provides a DVT prevention device including a cuff that fits over a patient's knee, an applanator coupled to an inside cuff surface, an expandable member (EM) coupled to the applanator, a pressure source fluidically coupled to the EM and a controller for controlling EM inflation. When the EM is inflated, it applies a force to the applanator which is transmitted to the knee back surface causing a popliteal vein (PV) under the cuff to be compressed so as to increase backpressure behind the compressed PV and subsequently increase the velocity of blood flow in the leg DVs when the EM is deflated. The EM can be inflated in a cycle including pulsed inflation, inflation hold and relaxation. The cycles can be repeated and adjusted to achieve a desired increase of blood flow/velocity in leg DVs.

Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, and methods for end effectors having an aperture are disclosed. An end effector may be driven by a reciprocating driver that drives the end effector in a reciprocating manner. The end effector may have an aperture therethrough and may be formed from a flexible high rebound material. When driven, the end effector may transfer energy from the reciprocating driver to a target treatment area on a recipient for therapeutic purposes. Energy may pass from the reciprocating driver and be temporarily stored within the end effector before being released and imparted to the target treatment area. The end effector may contract about the aperture and rebound to deliver the energy.

Abstract: An electric shaving massager is an apparatus that is used to facilitate the grooming of body hair as well as to enable the physical stimulation of different body areas. The apparatus includes a modular shaver, a modular massager, a razor head, and a power interface. The modular shaver is an electric shaver that can accommodate different attachments that facilitate the shaving or trimming of different body hair. The modular massager is an electric massager designed to provide physical stimulation to different body areas. The razor head corresponds to one of several razor heads that can be selectively attached to the modular shaver to groom the desired body hair. The power interface enables the selective coupling of the modular massager to the modular shaver. The power interface also enables the power transmission from the modular massager to the modular shaver when the modular massager is coupled to the modular shaver.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a hand-held massager, including a housing, two movable sheets and a flexible massage sleeve covering the movable sheets, where a driving mechanism for controlling the two movable sheets to move oppositely and a linkage driving apparatus for driving the driving mechanism to move are arranged in an inner cavity of the housing; and the linkage driving apparatus drives the two movable sheets by the driving mechanism to swing back and forth in opposite directions, so that two opposite side walls on the flexible massage sleeve have a state of being close to each other and a state of being away from each other, thereby performing a pinch type massage on parts required to be massaged.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a sexual stimulation adult massager. The sexual stimulation adult massager includes a hollow housing, a motor assembly, a transmission structure, a sliding assembly, and a movement structure. The transmission structure includes a screw rod with a spiral groove, operatively connected to a motor rotating shaft of a motor of the motor assembly. The sliding assembly includes a screw slider coupled to the screw rod of the transmission structure to convert a rotational motion of the screw rod into a translation motion of the screw slider. The movement structure is operatively connected to the screw slider through the slot of the hollow housing to produce a reciprocating motion. The movement structure includes a connecting assembly adapted to connect to an adult toy to provide sexual stimulation to a user due to the reciprocating motion. A controller is configured to control the operation of the motor.

Abstract: A rejuvenation and massage device is provided for treating mucosa tissue, such as vaginal tissue, affected by Vaginal Relaxation Syndrome (VRS) or other conditions, through vibration, thermal loading, and light emittance for a duration of time. In one embodiment, the device is an insertable device that includes Low-Level Laser Light (LLLT) therapy to treat the vaginal tissue. The light emittance by one or more light emitters is in a range sufficient to provide therapeutic effects through light radiation. To enhance the therapeutic effects of light radiation provided by the device, the device is configured to provide increased energy density into target tissue of vaginal muscles though a light configuration component (e.g., a focusing component, such as a concave lens assembly, a convex assembly, a pre-lensed light emitter or other focusing optical mechanism) associated with the light emitter that concentrates the light emitted from the light emitter.

Abstract: A chest compression assist glove is disclosed herein. The chest compression assist glove solves numerous problems in the performance of CPR by a human and is intended to provide mechanical advantage for a single rescuer performing chest compressions. The chest compression assist glove disclosed herein mitigates the fatigue and degradation of performance experienced by the rescuer due to the high energy demands of performing an intrinsically mechanically disadvantaged action over a sustained period.
