A film adhesive having an adhesive layer (C) mainly containing a thermoplastic polyimide having a glass transition temperature of not more than 100° C. and an adhesive layer (D) having a storage shear modulus of not more than 106 Pa at 50° C. Furthermore, the film adhesive further comprises a base material (A) and an adhesive layer (B). The film adhesive can exhibit excellent low-temperature adhesive property and covering capability functioning as a die bonding adhesive film which can be used in a semiconductor package. In addition, the film adhesive can exhibit excellent low-temperature adhesive property and covering capability which functions both as a die bonding adhesive film and as a dicing tape.

A pressure-sensitive adhesive double-coated sheet comprising a substrate, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (A) formed on one side of the substrate and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B) formed on the other side of the substrate, wherein at least the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (A) is formed with a pressure-sensitive adhesive comprising a butyl rubber as base material, and after the pressure-sensitive adhesive double-coated sheet is allowed to stand at 60null C. for five days while being placed between a moisture vapor-permeable waterproof sheet attached to the adhesive layer (A) and an aluminum plate attached to the adhesive layer (B), an expansion coefficient of the moisture vapor-permeable waterproof sheet is 0.5% or less. The pressure-sensitive adhesive double-coated sheet can allow the moisture vapor-permeable waterproof sheet to less expand over time when attached between the moisture vapor-permeable waterproof sheet and the adherend in a waterproof airtight structure of a construction.

This invention concerns a novel double-faced adhesive tape with no release paper, wherein a long stripe of paper is coated both on the front face and the back face with the adhesive glue and release paper at an equidistant interval, and the adhesive tape so manufactured is capable of adhering two material on the front face and the back face without bother to tear off the release paper. The double-faced adhesive tape is supported in a holder with a reel to hold it in place. The holder provides a saw-teeth cutter convenient for cutting off the adhesive paper.

The present invention provides a adhesive sheet which comprises a base material, a photocured urethane resin layer formed on all or a part of a surface of the base material or a surface of backside of the base material and an adhesive layer, wherein the adhesive layer comprises a polyurethane adhesive, and has a ball tack value of not more than 3 and a pressure-sensitive adhesive strength value to stainless steel board in Japanese Industrial Standard Z0237 of not more than 2 N/cm and a method of preparing thereof. The adhesive sheet of the present invention can prevent adhesive residue to the article and the like which were bound by the adhesive sheet, discoloration and stain of the bound portion on the article and the like, and inflammation of skin. Further, the adhesive sheet can be utilized for a binding band, a label and a binding tape which can prevent a discoloration and a decrease of pressure-sensitive adhesive strength after long term storage.
