Abstract: An imaging processing device and an imaging processing method that can solve a problem generated in visible light photographing in a case where DBPF is used instead of an infrared cut filter. An imaging sensor includes a color filter, and DBPH that has a transmission characteristic in a visible-light band, blocking characteristic in a first wavelength band adjacent to a long-wavelength side of the visible-light band, and transmission characteristic in a second wavelength band that is a part of the first wavelength band. A signal processing unit subtracts an infrared signal, which is output from an infrared pixel, from each color signal output from a pixel in each color of visible light in the imaging sensor. Here, in a case where each color signal reaches a pixel saturation level, control of performing correction in such a manner that an infrared signal subtracted from each color signal is lowered is performed.

Abstract: A mask plate, a method for manufacturing a color film substrate and a color film substrate for decreasing the segment difference of the color filter layer are disclosed. The mask plate includes a plurality of first regions, each of the plurality of first regions corresponding to each subpixel unit; and a second region between two adjacent first regions. Each first region is respectively provided with one first subregion for forming a color filter layer pattern within an opening region of a black matrix layer, and two second subregions for forming a color filter layer pattern within a non-opening region of the black matrix layer. The first subregion is between the two second subregions. In each second subregion: along the direction away from the first subregion, the transmittance of the second subregion gradually decreases or increases.

The display device comprises a plurality of sub-pixel areas, each of which corresponds to one color, wherein the display device comprises a reflecting interface, a photon conversion layer, and a light filter layer arranged sequentially along a display light emergent direction; in the sub-pixel area corresponding to a target color: the light filter layer is structured to transmit light within a first wavelength range in the display light emergent direction and reflect the light within a second wavelength range, wherein the first wavelength range refers to the wavelength range corresponding to the target color, and the second wavelength range includes a visible light waveband excluding the first wavelength range; the reflecting interface is structured to reflect the light from the light filter layer; and the photon conversion layer is structured to convert the transmitted light within a third wavelength range to the light within the first wavelength range, the third wavelength range is a preset wavelength range beyond the first wavelength range and the second wavelength range includes the third wavelength range. The present disclosure can improve the color conversion efficiency of the display device.

The method for fabricating a photoresist pattern includes coating negative photoresist on a base substrate to form a first photoresist layer, coating positive photoresist on the first photoresist layer to form a second photoresist layer, conducting a first exposure process on first regions of the second photoresist layer, conducting a first developing process to remove the positive photoresist within the first regions of the second photoresist layer and the negative photoresist within second regions of the first photoresist layer, so as to obtain a first photoresist pattern and a second photoresist pattern, conducting a second exposure process on the first photoresist pattern and the second photoresist pattern, and conducting a second developing process to remove the first photoresist pattern.

The voltage generation circuit generates a first voltage and a second voltage. The plurality of filters include a first filter and a second filter. The light transmittance of the first filter has a peak in a wavelength range corresponding to blue. The light transmittance of the second filter has a peak at a wavelength of 450 nm or more, and in the second filter, the transmittance of light having a wavelength of 450 nm or less is greater than the minimum value of the transmission of light having a wavelength longer than 450 nm. The first voltage and the second voltage are selectively applied to the electrode.
