Abstract: The present invention provides a supply system enabling a precursor of a solid material or a precursor of a liquid material to be supplied to a latter process at no higher concentration than required and also at or above a predetermined concentration.
A supply system 1 comprises: a vessel 11 for receiving a precursor material; a vessel heating unit for heating the vessel at a set temperature; a carrier gas heating unit which is disposed in an introduction line L1 and heats a carrier gas; a main measurement unit which is disposed in an outward conduction line L2 and obtains data relating to a gas of the precursor; and a carrier gas temperature control unit for controlling the temperature of the carrier gas heating unit in accordance with a measurement result of the main measurement unit.-

Abstract: Problem: To supply a device and a method for accurately discharging a fixed amount of a liquid, the liquid containing solid particles, in a state that the solid particles are dispersed in the liquid material. Solution: A discharge device for a liquid material containing solid particles includes a first reservoir, a first air pressure supply pipe, a metering portion having a metering hole, a plunger moving back and forth in the metering hole, a nozzle, a switching valve having a first position and a second position, a plunger driver, and a switching valve driver. The discharge device further includes a second reservoir, a second air pressure supply pipe, a branch portion provided in an upper portion of the metering hole and having a branch flow path, and an opening/closing mechanism that establishes or cuts off communication between the second reservoir and the metering hole. In the discharge device, the liquid material inside the first reservoir can be transferred to the second reservoir, and the liquid material inside the second reservoir can be transferred to the first reservoir. A discharge method is carried out using the discharge device.

Abstract: A system and a method for a constant micro dosing of powder material include a control device, a cylinder with a first opening and a piston movably arranged inside the cylinder and controllable by the control device. The piston is movable in the direction to or away from the first opening along a piston stroke direction. The cylinder stores the powder material between the piston and the first opening. The piston pushes the powder material through the first opening by moving along the piston stroke direction. Further the system and the method include a removing device for removing the powder material which is pushed out of the first opening of the cylinder. The control device controls the piston and the removing device in a synchronized manner such that a predetermined amount of powder material pushed through the first opening is removable by the removing device.
