A method for determining uplink transmission parameters and a method for transmitting configuration information. The method includes: receiving indication information transmitted from a network side; and determining uplink transmission parameters on the basis of the indication information. Also provided in the disclosure are a device for determining uplink transmission parameters and a device for transmitting configuration information, and a storage medium. The disclosure solves the problem in which a terminal cannot determine uplink transmission parameters in a variety of complicated antenna configurations, thus achieving the effect of effectively reduced overhead.

Provided is signaling transmitting and receiving methods, device, network-side device, terminal and storage medium. The signaling transmitting method includes: determining a first parameter set and/or a second parameter set for N resource groups; and transmitting an indication signaling, the indication signaling carries indication information for indicating the first parameter set and/or the second parameter set. The signaling receiving method includes: receiving an indication signaling transmitted by a network-side device. The indication signaling carries indication information for indicating a first parameter set and/or a second parameter set determined by the network-side device for N resource groups. The first parameter set is a Physical Downlink Shared Channel Resource Element (PDSCH RE) mapping set. The second parameter set is a Quasi-Co-Location (QCL) parameter set. N is a positive integer greater than 1.

The embodiments of the invention provide a method of configuring a channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) transmitted on a pilot and a device utilizing the same. The method includes: a base station generates a signaling including configuration information of a CSI-RS; and the base station transmits the signaling including the configuration information of the CSI-RS; wherein the configuration information includes a CSI-RS port number, CSI-RS resource patterns and a CSI-RS subframe configuration; the CSI-RS resource patterns include at least one of the following: CSI-RS resource patterns transmitted on a normal downlink subframe and CSI-RS resource patterns transmitted on a downlink pilot time slot (DwPTS). The CSI-RS subframe configuration includes a CSI-RS subframe configuration transmitted on both the DwPTS and the normal downlink subframe. The embodiments resolve a complicated problem of transmitting CSI-RS in DwPTS in a CSI-RS transmission scenario, reducing complexity of transmitting CSI-RS in DwPTS.

According to the information sending method, a base station sends M parameter sets via high-layer signaling, wherein M>=1, M is a positive integer, each parameter set includes quasi-co-location Non-Zero Power (NZP) Channel State Information Reference Signal (CSI-RS) indication information, and the quasi-co-location NZP CSI-RS indication information is used by a terminal to acquire a large-scale characteristic of a channel; and when M>1, the base station indicates, via a physical-layer control signaling, parameter set selection information of a subframe on which the physical-layer control signaling is sent.

A method and device for creating an application announcement resource are provided. In the method, a registration Common Service Entity (CSE) receives a request message from a sender, the request message carries a resource to be announced and an announcement target, and the announcement target is an identifier of a remote CSE to which the resource to be announced indicated by the sender is required to be announced; and the registration CSE indicates a location of a resource to be created to the remote CSE according to the request message.

The present document discloses a load control method for notification messages. The method includes: a common service entity (CSE) setting a maximum storage number of notification messages for the CSE; the CSE creating a first attribute for a subscription resource when the CSE creates the subscription resource; the CSE setting a second attribute of the notification message according to the first attribute of the subscription resource when the CSE generates the notification message for the subscription resource; and the CSE performing load control according to the maximum storage number of the notification messages and second attributes of various stored notification messages when the CSE stores the notification message and the second attribute of the notification message. The present document also discloses a load control apparatus for notification messages.

The present document discloses an attribute operating method and device. In the above method, receiving a request message from a sending end, herein, parameter information carried in the request message includes: operating indication information, a resource address to be operated, an information type to be operated, and an information content to be operated; determining to operate on an attribute according to the operation indication information and the information type; and executing an operation corresponding to the attribute by using the resource address and the information content. On the basis of the technical solution provided by the present document, the execution of any attribute operation can be implemented without re-creating resources.

The present document discloses a resource attribute notification method, including: an Application Entity, AE, transmitting a first resource updating request to a local Common Service Entity, CSE; the local CSE transmitting a second resource updating request to a remote CSE when determining that a valid notification resource attribute exists in the first resource updating request; and the remote CSE creating a corresponding resource attribute according to the received second resource updating request. The present document further discloses a resource attribute notification system, a local CSE, a remote CSE and a storage medium.

A registration method and system for a common service entity (CSE) relate to the field of machine type communication; solve the problem that a CSE registration mechanism cannot implement an application interactive function. The method includes: an originator CSE sending a CSE resource creation request message to a receiver CSE; the receiver CSE detecting whether a resource corresponding to an identifier of the originator CSE exists in local; the receiver CSE creating a resource for the originator CSE when no resource corresponding to the identifier of the originator CSE exists in local, setting a resource name according to the identifier of the originator CSE, and saving a type of the originator CSE as an attribute, and generating a CSE resource creation response message indicating that the resource creation is successful; the receiver CSE sending the CSE resource creation response message to the originator CSE.
