Abstract: A method is disclosed for generating a database to be used to set illumination of an adjustable light source. The method comprising: for a plurality of different users: identifying an individual user; setting a specific light profile of the adjustable light source, the specific light profile comprising information pertaining to a spectral content and/or intensity of light by which the individual user is exposed to; while exposing the individual user for the specific light profile, sensing data pertaining to a health condition and/or a behavior of the individual user; determining a data set linking the specific light profile, genomic data pertaining to the individual user, and the data pertaining to the health condition and/or the behavior of the individual user sensed while exposing the individual user to the specific light profile; and storing the linked data set in a database. A light control system is further provided.

Abstract: A lighting system control engine for controlling a light environment at different locations is disclosed. Abstract: The present invention relates to a control engine configured to control one or more UV-C light sources configured to emit UV-C light in a space. The control engine comprising circuitry configured to execute: a reference image acquiring function configured to construct a reference image using reference radar sensor signals received, at a first time-instance, from a plurality of radar sensors arranged in the space; a probing radar acquiring function configured to construct a probing image using probing radar sensor signals received, at a second time-instance at which the one or more UV-C light sources are inactive, from the plurality of radar sensors, wherein the second time-instance is after the first time-instance; and a control function. The control function is configured to obtain a difference metric between the probing image and the reference image. Upon the difference metric being smaller than a threshold, the control function is configured to activate the one or more UV-C light sources. Upon the difference metric being equal to or above the threshold, the control function is configured to issue an alarm event.
