    Abstract: The inflatable air mattress of the present invention comprises: a plurality of supporting air cells, a plurality of heat dissipating air cells and an inflating device. The supporting air cells are arranged in parallel to form a supporting mattress surface. The heat dissipating air cell is connected to one side of the supporting air cell. The heat dissipating air cell is provided with a plurality of air holes. The inflating device is capable of inflating the heat dissipating air cells and the supporting air cells with gas. The gas will be discharged from the air holes to form a heat dissipating airflow toward the support mattress surface. The present invention creates airflow through separately spaced heat dissipating air cells de, so that the air cells are not pressed by the patient, improving the lack of easily obstructed in airflow supply in the conventional mattress.

    Abstract: A multifunctional mattress overlay of the present invention comprises an air cell body, a gas pipe set and an inflating device. The air cell body has multiple first and second air cells. The first and second air cells both have a left and right air chamber. The gas pipe set respectively connects to the left and right air chambers. The inflating device is connected to the gas pipe set, and can selectively inflate and/or deflate the left and right air chambers, which makes the air cell body show an alternate state. The inflating device can inflate and/or deflate all the right or all left air chambers separately, which makes the air cell body show a turnover state.     Abstract: An inflatable stretcher for carrying and conveniently transferring a patient to another patient carrying device includes an air mattress having an upper sheet member and a longitudinally perforated lower sheet member, which are fixedly connected to each other along their peripheral edges to form an inflatable air bag. The air mattress has at least one air inlet, via which an air hose is communicably connected to the air bag. The air mattress includes at least one limiting member located in the vicinity of the air inlet. The limiting member defines a binding space, which is changeable in size to correspond to a size of the air hose, such that the limiting member can always be fitly set or wrapped around the air hose to hold the air hose to the air mattress even if the air hose has a specification not matching the air inlet on the air mattress.

    Abstract: An inflatable air mattress device includes a cover internally defining a first and a second receiving zone for receiving a pump and an air mattress therein, respectively. The air mattress includes a plurality of parallelly arranged air cells, each of which internally includes a first air chamber located below a second air chamber and having an elastic member provided therein. The pump is held in the first receiving zone via a movement-limiting mechanism and is provided with an air input and an air release line for communicably connecting to each of the air cells. Since the air cells, the pump and the air input and release lines all are arranged inside the cover, the inflatable air mattress device has an esthetic appearance and occupies less space. The elastic members in the first air chambers prevent a user from contacting with a hard bed frame when the air cells are deflated.

    Abstract: An inflatable stretcher includes an upper and a lower cover member connected along their outer peripheral edges to define an internal air space. The lower cover member has a plurality of perforations forming an overall pattern contoured to the shape of a human body. First and second partitioning member are disposed in the air space and connected to the upper and lower cover members to divide the air space into a plurality of widthwise-extended air release passages and two lengthwise-extended air flow passages located at two lateral sides of the air release passages. A flow opening is formed between each second partitioning member and each corresponding first partitioning member. The flow openings respectively have a cross-sectional area smaller than that of each air release passage, enabling air supplied from an inflation device into the air space to produce an increased air lifting force at positions corresponding to a patient's hips.

    Abstract: A heat exchange structure for support surface includes a mattress portion consisting of air cells disposed side-by-side, a mattress cover, a heat dissipation air cushion disposed between the mattress portion and the mattress cover, an air charging line, and an air supply unit connected to the heat dissipation air cushion via the air charging line. The heat dissipation air cushion has air holes formed on its top surface. When air is supplied from the air supply unit into the heat dissipation air cushion, an air chamber in the heat dissipation air cushion is expanded to create an air-flowing space between the mattress portion and the mattress cover. The air supplied into the air chamber continuously escapes from the heat dissipation air cushion into the air-flowing space to form air streams, which flow through and finally out of the air-flowing space while carrying heat and moisture away from the mattress cover.

According to the magnetic theory, it enables the determination of whether a human body lies down on a bed, on the basis of the degree of compression of the magnetic induction pad between the plurality of magnetic induction modules.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a rotating bed for medical care, which includes: a bed frame structure, a bed body structure as well as a pivotal turning structure. The bed frame structure includes a fixed support. The bed body structure includes a connecting support, and the connecting support is located on top of the fixed support. The pivotal turning device includes a rotating axis that is fixed on the connecting support and a starting unit that is in connection with the bed frame structure. Moreover, the rotating axis includes a plurality of pivoted arms. The starting unit includes an extendable element that is able to drive the rotation of the plurality of pivoted arms, whereby when the length of the extendable element of the starting unit is extended or retracted, the plurality of pivoted arms rotate while encircling the core of the rotating axis as a result of the extendable element extending or retracting its length, and this has the effect of driving the rotation of the bed body structure at the same time, so as to enable the bed body structure located in between the deflected position that projects from a side of the bed frame structure and a placement position that does not project from a side of the bed frame structure to rotate back and forth. The present invention is able to assist the patients to get into and out of bed with convenience, by means of the bed body structure being rotated at the deflected position.
