Abstract: An inflatable air mattress includes a plurality of air cells arranged side by side. Every air cell includes an envelope, an elastomer, and a plurality of restriction straps. The envelope is inflatable and the elastomer is located inside the envelope. Each restriction strap includes two connection sections connected to a locating zone on the envelope, and a covering section located between the two connection sections to cover a part of the locating zone, such that a communicating gap is formed between the covering section and the envelope and the locating zone is divided into a central restricted area and an outer expandable area. The outer expandable area and the central restricted area are different in deformability. With the restriction straps, it is able to prevent the locating zones on the envelope from being over-deformed when the envelope is inflated and to prevent the deformed envelope from having an irregular shape.

Abstract: An inflatable compression wrap comprises two sheet members, two bonding wires and a surrounding pattern. The sheet members are connected from each other through the surrounding pattern and the bonding wires, so that a plurality of latitudinal air chambers are formed between the sheet members. Wherein a plurality of first airbag sections and at least one second airbag section are alternately arranged in the odd sequence of the latitudinal air chambers, and at least one first airbag sections and a plurality of second airbag sections are alternately arranged in the even sequence of the latitudinal air chambers; so that the first and the second airbag sections are alternately arranged along the latitudinal direction and a longitudinal direction. When the latitudinal air chambers are inflated, the different compression forces are respectively generated by the first and second airbag section of the latitudinal air chamber to improve the blood circulation of the patient.

Abstract: An inflating pump includes an enclosure having an exterior shell and an enclosing wall located in the exterior shell and enclosing an airflow passage, and a discharge space formed between the exterior shell and the enclosing wall; an air blower connected to the enclosing wall; two air delivery pipes; and an airflow switching mechanism including a fixed seat having a plurality of chambers separately communicable with the airflow passage, the discharge space, the air blower and the two air delivery pipe, and a turnable member being turnable relative to the fixed seat for some of the chambers to communicate with one another to allow airflow pushed out from the air blower to flow through the airflow passage, the discharge space or the two air delivery pipes. Therefore, the inflating pump can inflate and deflate an inflatable air bed when the air blower constantly produces airflow in the same direction.
