Abstract:
The present disclosure describes methods, systems, and computer program products for innovation discovery. One computer-implemented method includes receiving a request from a customer for usage data, the request received at a request interface for a service marketplace, upon a determination that usage data exists for the customer, initiating a request for usage data, routing the request for usage data though an external and internal process integration server system interface to a business information system, extracting usage data for the customer from the business information system, and return usage data to the requesting customer.
Abstract:
Example systems and methods of mobile access to information for items or objects, such as, for example, product and inventory items found in a warehouse or on a shop floor, are presented. In one example, an identifier is received at a mobile communication device. A search request including the identifier is transmitted from the mobile communication device to an enterprise resource planning system. Information descriptive of at least one item is received at the mobile communication device from the enterprise resource planning system in response to the search request. The information is presented to a user of the mobile communication device.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide systems and methods for a lightweight monitoring application with key performance indicators (KPI) reporting and management. The method may include displaying a page with a plurality of tiles on a user device. The tiles displayed on the page may include a plurality of key performance indicator (KPI) tiles and at least one of a report tile, a news tile and a collaboration tile. The method may retrieve metadata from an in-memory database, the metadata from the in-memory database may correspond to content displayed in at least one of the KPI tiles on the page. In response to an input from a user input apparatus selecting one of the tiles displayed on the page, the method may display additional details or controls for the selected tile.
Abstract:
Example systems and methods of mobile access to enterprise work area information are presented. In one example, a floor plan of a work area that includes a number of workcenters is displayed. Representations of the workcenters are also displayed with the floor plan according to their physical locations within the work area. Information describing an operational status of at least one of the workcenters is received from an enterprise resource planning system. This information is visibly linked with the representation of its associated workcenter.
