    Abstract: Formulating multimedia content of an on-line interview, including transmitting during the on-line interview, over a data communications network from a first client device to a second client device, a media stream of content from an interviewee; simultaneously with the transmitting of the media stream from the interviewee, recording the media stream from the interviewee in a media file on the first client device; recording during the on-line interview in a media file on the second client device, a media stream of content from an interviewer; transmitting after the on-line interview, from the first client device to the second client device, the media file containing the recorded media stream from the interviewee; and merging the recorded media files into a single media file on the second client device for transmission to viewers of the on-line interview.

    Abstract: Acrylate, or methacrylate, or allylic, functionalized polyfluorooxetanes are disclosed for use in radiation curable coating compositions. These acrylate, or methacrylate, or allylic, functionalized polymers provide improvements in wetting and surface properties that have previously been provided by migratory chemicals such as waxes and oils. The partially or fully fluorinated side groups of the fluorooxetanes are believed to be disproportionately present at the interfaces between the coating and the substrate and between the coating and the atmosphere.

    Abstract: Method and apparatus for providing GPS pseudorange correction and carrier phase correction information for navigation or surveying activities over a selected geographic region S of arbitrary size. In a navigation mode, a virtual reference station (VRS), positioned near a selected location L, receives differential GPS (DGPS) correction signals, translates these signals into a selected format, and broadcasts this DGPS information in this format for use by a local user. In a survey mode, the VRS receives corrected GPS information, translates this information into a selected format and broadcasts this translated and corrected GPS information and the VRS location, for use by a mobile station in forming a baseline vector from the GPS mobile station to the VRS location.
