Abstract:
A shift register circuit includes plural stages of shift registers. Each stage of shift register includes a pull-up circuit, a control signal generator and a voltage-stabilizing circuit. The pull-up circuit is used for charging a first node. The control signal generator is electrically connected with the first node. According to a voltage level of the first node, a corresponding control signal is outputted from an output terminal of the control signal generator. The voltage-stabilizing circuit is electrically connected with the output terminal of the control signal generator for stabilizing the control signal from the control signal generator. Some circuits of some other shift registers are controlled according to the control signal.
Abstract:
The invention provides a method to real time monitor the ion beam. Initially, turn on an ion implanter which has a wafer holder, a Faraday cup and a measurement device positioned close to a special portion of a pre-determined ion beam path of the ion beam, wherein the Faraday cup is positioned downstream the wafer holder and the measurement device is positioned upstream the wafer holder. Then, measure a first ion beam current received by the Faraday cup and a second ion beam current received by the measurement device. By continuously measuring the first and second ion beam current, the ion beam is real-time monitored even the Faraday cup is at least partially blocked during the period of moving the wafer holder across the ion beam. Accordingly, the on-going implantation process and the operation of the implanter can be adjusted.

A wallmount remote control integrating remote control function of an intelligent cellular phone has a body, a phone holder and a transmission connector. The body has a circuit unit and an input unit and a power supply unit electrically connected with the circuit unit. The phone holder serves to accommodate a cellular phone therein. The transmission connector is mounted on the phone holder, is electrically connected with the power supply unit and the circuit unit, and can be connected with a transmission port of a cellular phone to transmit data and power from the cellular phone. When an intelligent cellular phone is inserted in the wallmount remote control, the input function of the wallmount remote control is disabled and the cellular phone replaces the wallmount remote control to remotely control the household appliance. When the cellular phone is removed, the wallmount remote control is enabled to perform its original input function.

Abstract:
A collaborative wireless micro-control system applied to a detached space comprises a main control unit, and a plurality of interior control unit. Wherein, the main control unit has a microprocessor, a transmitter, and a receiver. The receiver receives the outside wireless signal from the electronic apparatus. The microprocessor parses the outside wireless signal and sends out a wireless control signal inside the detached space by using the transmitter. Each of the interior control units has a microprocessor, a transmitter, and a receiver. The control unit is utilized as a user interface (human machine interface) for controlling a respective electronic apparatus. The receiver of the interior control unit receives the wireless control signal from the main control unit. The microprocessor of the interior control unit tells whether the wireless control signal can trigger the respective electronic apparatus or not. If so, the interior control unit adjusts the respective electronic apparatus according to the wireless control signal. If not, the transmitter of the interior control unit passes the wireless control signal to another interior control unit.
Abstract:
A measuring system comprises a pulse generator, an under test device, a variable resistor and a detecting control system. The pulse generator provides pulse signals with different voltage peaks to the under test device and the variable resistor. The variable resistor adjusts its resistance value according to a control signal. The detecting control system detects the voltage ringing ranges of the first terminal of the under test device at different resistance values. The detecting control system generates the control signal to adjust the resistance value of the variable resistor according to the voltage ringing ranges.
