Abstract:
Stable aqueous solutions comprising concentrations of baclofen in the range of greater than 2.0 mg/mL up to about 10 mg/mL are disclosed. These solutions can be used as pharmaceuticals for parenteral or oral administration. The invention also provides methods of preparing said stable aqueous baclofen solutions.
Abstract:
A resource release control method, a communication system, and a device are configured to delete a bearer context on an original-side heterogeneous-system management network element (NE) even if a target-side management NE does not support interaction with a serving gateway (S-GW) and does not support an idle mode signaling reduction (ISR) mechanism. The resource release control method includes: acquiring version information of a target-side management NE, when a user equipment (UE) activating an ISR mechanism is handed over from an original-side network to a target-side network; and deleting a bearer of an original-side heterogeneous-system management NE, if the version information indicates that the target-side management NE does not interact with an S-GW and does not support the ISR mechanism. Meanwhile, a communication system and a relevant device are also provided.

Abstract:
A web-making fabric for producing a high caliper fibrous web and the fibrous web produced thereby. The web-making fabric comprises a reinforcing structure and a framework joined to the reinforcing structure. The framework defines a plurality of deflection conduits, at least one deflection conduit is a negatively radiused deflection conduit, and at least one deflection conduit is a positively radiused deflection conduit. The positively radiused deflection conduits are sized, shaped, and arranged to maximize fiber deflection along the periphery of the conduits. The web comprises three regions, a first region a second region and a third region. The first region is immediately adjacent to at least one of the second region and the third region. The second region comprises a plurality of negatively radiused domes. The third region comprises a plurality of positively radiused domes.

Abstract:
A laminated substrate is prepared, the laminated substrate having two layers including a first film and a second film in tight contact with the first film, the second film being made of a material capable of being etched with synchrotron radiation light. A mask member with a pattern is disposed in tight contact with the surface of the second film of the laminated structure or at a distance from the surface of the second film, the pattern of the mask member being made of a material not transmitting the synchrotron radiation light. The synchrotron radiation light is applied on a partial surface area of the second film via the mask member to etch the second film where the synchrotron radiation light is applied and to expose a partial surface area of the first film on the bottom of an etched area.
Abstract:
A process for producing middle distillates by hydrocracking a heavy distillate oil under middle pressure uses a hydrofining catalyst and a hydrocracking catalyst in series and once-through operation. The once-through volume conversion to 350.degree. C.--products is up to 80 vol. %. The yield and selectivity of middle distillates are greater than 40 wt % and less than 50 wt %, respectively. The process is particularly suited to treat heavy distillate oil having the nitrogen content of up to 1500 ppmw, the sulfur content of up to 3.5 wt % and dry point in the boiling range of higher than 500.degree. C. to produce the feed for reforming process, jet fuel, the low sulfur content diesel, the feed for catalytic cracker and the feed for producing ethylene.
Abstract:
In a process for the cryogenic distillation of air in a distillation column system that contains at least one distillation column wherein the boil-up at the bottom of the distillation column producing the oxygen product is provided by condensing a stream whose nitrogen concentration is equal to or greater than that in the feed air stream, which comprises the steps of: (a) generating work energy which is in excess of the overall refrigeration demand of the distillation column system by at least one of the following three methods: (1) work expanding a first process stream with nitrogen content equal to or greater than that in the feed air and then condensing at least a portion of the expanded stream by latent heat exchange with at least one of the two liquids: (i) a liquid at an intermediate height in the distillation column producing oxygen product and (ii) one of the liquid feeds to this distillation column having an oxygen concentration equal to or preferably greater than the concentration of oxygen in the feed air; (2) condensing at least a second process stream with nitrogen content equal to or greater than that in the feed air by latent heat exchange with at least a portion of an oxygen-enriched liquid stream which has oxygen concentration equal to or preferably greater than the concentration of oxygen in the feed air and which is also at a pressure greater than the pressure of the distillation column producing oxygen product, and after vaporization of at least a portion of oxygen-enriched liquid into a vapor fraction due to latent heat exchange, work expanding at least a portion of the resulting vapor stream; and (3) work expanding a fraction of the feed air; (b) using the work which is generated in excess of the refrigeration need of the distillation column system to cold compress a process stream at a temperature lower than the ambient temperature.
