Abstract:
A battery security device includes a holder, a cover and at least one flexible plate. The holder contains the battery. The cover slips to set on the holder and has at least one raised lump to press the flexible plate. The flexible plate is set between the holder and the cover and has at least one elastic arm. The elastic arm has a stressed portion and at least one contact portion. When the cover slips to set on the holder, the raised lump presses down the stressed portion to increase the pressure of the elastic arm for avoiding power failure caused of the battery be shook. Further the device to fix a battery does not increase the force of setting the cover and not need any other component. To sum up, the device to fix a battery of present invention has low cost and friendly use.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a device with a lens-rotation mechanism, which comprises: a casing having a driving device, such as the casing of a camera, a mobile phone or a video camera; and a lens-rotation system installed to the casing and having at least two transmission elements. Those two transmission elements are respectively coupled to the driving device and driven by the driving device to move horizontally and vertically, and those two transmission elements further drive the lens-rotation system to rotate. Thereby, the device with a lens-rotation mechanism proposed by the present invention can control the rotation of a lens.
Abstract:
An aberration compensation system for digital camera and a method therefor are provided, wherein the system includes an optical lens, an axial moving mechanism, a photosensitive element, and an image unit. The photosensitive element is loaded on the axial moving mechanism, and generates a first and a second image at a first and a second focus position. After receiving the first and second images, the image unit respectively calculates a first and a second image capture region and then synthesizes the two regions into a third image. The method includes using the optical lens to project the light beams of an object to be shot, generating the first image and second images, and capturing the distinct portions of the first and second images to be synthesized into the third image. Thereby, the system and method can solve the non-uniformity of the definitions at the center and periphery of each image.
Abstract:
A knob structure includes a holder, a steel ball, an elastic metallic piece, a swiveling element and a connecting element. The holder has at least one through hole. The steel ball is slidably placed inside the through hole. The elastic metallic piece and the swiveling element reside at either sides of the holder. The elastic metallic piece slidably lies against the steel ball. The swiveling element has a sliding portion which has a plurality of notches spaced at intervals. The sliding portion slidably lies against the steel ball so that the steel ball slides into or out of the notches by turning the swiveling element. The steel ball has a smooth surface and is in point-to-point contact with the sliding portion and with the elastic metallic piece. Therefore, frictions therebetween are so small that no scraps generate due to the frictional operation.
Abstract:
A metal pad of mode dial and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the metal pad is disposed on a substrate and the metal pad comprises at least one metal base pad and at least one conductive foil layer. The conductive foil layer is fixed on the metal base pad in an attached way instead of plating with gold on the metal base pad to reduce production costs so as to prevent oxidization of the metal base pad.
Abstract:
A conducting wire connection device comprises a hollow shell-shaped connection base body and a resilient locking portion. The connection base body has an opening for insertion of a conducting wire. One end of the resilient locking portion is disposed on the connection base body, and the other end thereof extends inwards to form an acute angled end. The acute angled end is near the inner surface of the connection base body to form a clamping position. A conducting wire can be abutted against by the acute angled end of the resilient locking portion when passing through the clamping position so that the conducting wire can be fixed in the connection base body. Therefore, plug-in or pull-out of a naked conducting wire can be directly accomplished with the provided conducting wire connection device.
Abstract:
A metal dome switch includes a touch element protruding from a center of the metal dome switch, a connecting element integrally extended from a periphery of the touch element and a mountable surface integrally formed on the touch element. Since the touch element, the connecting element and the mountable surface are integrally formed; the manufacture cost of the metal dome switch can be reduced.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composite material textile structure and the manufacturing method thereof. The antistatic protective metal layer can be stably adhered to the fabric layer. The adhesive layer is a moisture cured hot melt adhesive. The hot melt adhesive will become sticky after heating and will be cured by moisture. The waterproof and breathable wear resistant thin film layer is a hydrophilic film material. The inner surface of the waterproof and breathable film layer is attached to the lower surface of the metal layer via the adhesive layer. The waterproof and breathable film layer can be fixed on the metal layer to offer wear and scratch resistance. The printed layer includes a plurality of protruding printed patterns and is configured on the outer surface of the waterproof and breathable wear resistant thin film layer.
Abstract:
An adhesive coating device is provided with an adhesive reservoir; two opposite adjustment rollers at bottom of the reservoir; a pattern roller between the adjustment rollers and having a pattern formed thereon; a resilient roller under the pattern roller; a roller member under the resilient roller; two pivotal, co-rotated links on a side of the reservoir and operatively connected to the adjustment rollers respectively; and a spring biased adjustment screw pivotably secured to an end of one link. Clockwise rotation of the adjustment screw rotates the links at different directions, thereby decreasing a gap between the pattern roller and each adjustment roller.
