Abstract: The present invention relates to a rare earth element containing zeolitic material having a framework structure selected from the group consisting of AEI, AFT, AFV, AFX, AVL, CHA, EMT, GME, KFI, LEV, LTN, and SFW, including mixtures of two or more thereof, the framework structure of the zeolitic material comprising SiO2 and X2O3, wherein X stands for a trivalent element, wherein the zeolitic material displays an SiO2:X2O molar ratio in the range of from 2 to 20, and wherein the zeolitic material contains one or more rare earth elements as counter-ions at the ion exchange sites of the framework structure. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a process for the production of the inventive rare earth element containing zeolitic material as well as to the use of the inventive rare earth element containing zeolitic material.

Abstract: The present invention relates to catalyst comprising one or more metal oxides and/or metalloid oxides and a zeolitic material having the CHA framework structure comprising YO2 and X2O3, wherein Y is a tetravalent element and X is a trivalent element, wherein the zeolitic material comprises one or more alkaline earth metals selected from the group consisting of Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, and combinations of two or more thereof, and wherein the framework of the zeolitic material comprised in the catalyst contains substantially no phosphorous, as well as to a process for the preparation of a catalyst comprising one or more alkaline earth metals selected from the group consisting of Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, and combinations of two or more thereof and to a catalyst obtainable therefrom. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a method for the conversion of oxygenates to olefins employing the inventive catalyst, as well as to the use of the inventive catalyst in specific applications.

A process for the production of a coated monolith substrate comprising a rare earth element containing zeolitic material having an AEI-type framework structure.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of a zeolitic material SiO2 and X2O3 in its framework structure, wherein X stands for a trivalent element, wherein said process comprises interzeolitic conversion of a first zeolitic material comprising SiO2 and X2O3 in its framework structure, wherein the first zeolitic material has an FER-, TON-, MTT-, BEA-, MEL-, MWW-, MFS-, and/or MFI-type framework structure to a second zeolitic material comprising SiO2 and X2O3 in its framework structure, wherein the second zeolitic material obtained in (2) has a different type of framework structure than the first zeolitic material. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a zeolitic material per se as obtainable and/or obtained according to the inventive process and to its use, in particular as a molecular sieve, as an adsorbent, for ion-exchange, or as a catalyst and/or as a catalyst support.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for preparing a zeolitic material having a framework type FER and having a framework structure comprising silicon, aluminum, and oxygen, said process comprising (i) preparing an aqueous synthesis mixture comprising water; a zeolitic material having a framework type other than FER and having a framework structure comprising silicon, aluminum, and oxygen; a source of silicon other than the zeolitic material having a framework type other than FER; an organic structure directing agent comprising piperidine; a source of an alkali metal; and a source of a base; (ii) subjecting the aqueous synthesis mixture prepared according to (i) to hydrothermal synthesis conditions comprising heating the synthesis mixture to a temperature in the range of from 140 to 190° C. and keeping the synthesis mixture at a temperature in this range under autogenous pressure, obtaining a mother liquor comprising a solid material which comprises the zeolitic material having a framework type FER.
