Abstract:
A brake disc having a first component made of a first material, a braking track configured to cooperate with brake pads, and a second component made of a second material and having (i) a radially inner annular portion for coupling with a hub of a bicycle wheel and (ii) a plurality of radially outer portions for connecting to said first component at a respective plurality of connection portions of said first component. The first component comprises a plurality of connection arms that extend from said braking track towards said predetermined rotation axis (X) and that are distinct from said plurality of connection portions, wherein at least one of said connection arms of said first component and at least one of said radially outer connection portions of said second component are coupled together through at least one shape coupling.
Abstract:
A control device of a bicycle hydraulic brake, comprising a cylinder, a tank, a piston slidably mounted in the cylinder to move between at least one first rest position in which the cylinder and the tank are in fluid communication and at least one second position in which the piston interrupts the fluid communication between the cylinder and the tank, a stop device that acts directly or indirectly on the piston. The cylinder and the tank are filled with hydraulic fluid and the stop device can take up a storage and transportation configuration in which it arranges the piston in said at least one second position.
Abstract:
The present invention provides an integrated control device of hydraulic brake for a handlebar of bicycle. The integrated control device includes a brake actuator of hydraulic type mounted on a housing body. The housing body comprises a handgrip portion and an attachment portion to the bicycle handlebar. The brake actuator includes a brake lever hinged on the housing body through a pin. A hydraulic cylinder is provided wherein a slidable piston is slidable that is kinematically connected to the brake lever through kinematic connection elements. A tank for hydraulic fluid is in fluid communication with the hydraulic cylinder. The control device includes an autonomous cartridge that comprises the hydraulic cylinder and the tank, and is removably inserted into a corresponding seat of the housing body. The seat is formed in a head portion of the housing body that is substantially opposite the attachment portion.
Abstract:
A bicycle control device that includes a control member with at least one transparent portion, and a luminous indicator. The luminous indicator includes a light source and a light guide that guides the light, through the phenomenon of total internal reflection, from the light source to the at least one transparent portion of the control member.
Abstract:
A bicycle brake disc having a braking track with brake pads and a plurality of first connection portions that extend towards the inside and that comprise respective first connection areas; a second component having (i) a radially inner annular coupling portion for coupling with a hub of a wheel of the bicycle and (ii) a plurality of second connection portions. The second connection portions extending outwards from the radially inner annular coupling portion towards the first component and comprising respective second connection areas; connecting members active between the first connection areas and the corresponding second connection areas. The second connection portions comprise at least one respective pair of arms that extend between the respective second connection area and the radially inner annular coupling portion, the pair of arms defining a through opening between them.

A brake disc for a bicycle comprising a first component made of a first material and having a braking track configured to cooperate with brake pads. A second component is made of a second material and having (i) a radially inner annular portion for coupling with a hub of a bicycle wheel and (ii) a plurality of radially outer portions for connecting to said first component at a respective plurality of connection portions of said first component. The first component further comprises a radially inner annular portion connected to said braking track, and the brake disc comprises axial locking members active on the radially inner annular portions of the first and of the second component to keep said radially inner annular portions of the first (30) and of the second component under mutual pressure.
Abstract:
A manual control device having a support body extending longitudinally from a first part configured for fixing to bicycle handlebars to a second part generally opposite the first part; there being generally defined on the support body a rear surface on the first part for fixing to the handlebars, a front surface on the second part, an upper surface, a bottom surface, a proximal side surface and a distal side surface. The support body has a protuberance and a seat for a hydraulic assembly comprising a hydraulic cylinder defining a cylinder axis. An angle (ALFA), defined, in a section through a substantially middle longitudinal plane of the manual control device, between (i) a tangent to the upper surface of the support body in a region not involved in the protuberance and (ii) the axis (C) of the hydraulic cylinder of the hydraulic assembly is between 70° and 118°.
