Abstract: The present invention relates to an exercise apparatus for helping growth through stretching and stimulation of knee joint areas. The present invention provides a stretching effect on knee joints through movement in the direction of being spaced apart from each other or contraction in a state in which the thighs and the calves are fixedly supported using air pressure. In addition, the present invention can provide, to the popliteal part, which is the back of the knee, muscular relaxation and warming effects through warming action using far-infrared LEDs, together with any one of vibration stimulation using vibration motors disposed to flexibly come in close contact with the popliteal part, electrical stimulation using low-frequency pads, and tapping stimulation through repeated beating applied by solenoid actuators that come in contact with the popliteal part. Thus, it is possible to help the growth of growing children and adolescents. In addition to this, it is possible to alleviate knee joint diseases.
