    Abstract: A key switch disposed on a base of a keyboard is disclosed. The key switch includes a key cap, an edge plate, a linkage bar and a sliding end. The key cap is disposed above the base. The edge plate is connected to the base, and a slot is formed on the edge plate. The linkage bar is for connecting the keycap and the base. The sliding end is connected to an end of the linkage bar, and the sliding end is slidably disposed in the slot and abuts against a top surface of the base, wherein a cross section area of the sliding end is smaller than a cross section area of the end of the linkage bar.

    Abstract: A keyswitch support connection structure incudes a bottom plate portion and a joining portion firmly joined with a joining hole of a bottom plate portion to form a support connection portion. In an embodiment, a cantilever plate extends upward from the joining hole. The joining portion encapsulates a holding structure of the cantilever plate. In another embodiment, a protruding bridge portion connected across two sides of the joining hole. The joining portion encapsulates the protruding bridge portion. In another embodiment, the joining portion has a wing portion protruding from a bottom surface of the bottom plate portion and extending parallel to the bottom surface. A keyswitch structure includes a base with the keyswitch support connection structure, a keycap, and two keyswitch supports. The two keyswitch supports are connected to and between the keycap and the base; therein, one of the keyswitch supports is rotatably connected to the support connection portion.

    Abstract: A keyswitch structure includes a base plate, a keycap, a scissors support connecting the keycap and the base plate, a linking support rotatably disposed on the base plate, a movable part movably disposed relative to the base plate, and a magnetic part on the movable part. The linking support includes a magnetic portion and a driving portion. The magnetic part and the magnetic portion produce a magnetic attraction force therebetween. When the movable part is located at a first position, the magnetic part is located under the magnetic portion, and the magnetic attraction force drives the keycap through the linking support to move away relative to the base plate. When the movable part moves from the first position to a second position, the magnetic part moves away relative to the magnetic portion, so that the magnetic attraction force decreases so as to make the keycap move toward the base plate.

    Abstract: A key switch includes a baseplate, a circuit layer, a keycap and a support rod. The baseplate has a hook and a first through hole neighboring to the hook. The circuit layer includes a plurality of superimposed sublayers disposed above the baseplate and having a through hole structure passing through the sublayers; a portion of one of the sublayers extends in the through hole structure over the first through hole and forms a resilient portion neighboring to the hook. Two sides of the resilient portion connect to the circuit layer. The keycap is disposed above the baseplate and can move upward and downward in respect to the baseplate. The support rod has a first portion, movably connecting to the keycap, and a second portion, engaged with the hook. The resilient portion extends beneath and abuts against the second portion for buffering a collision between the second portion and the baseplate.

    Abstract: A light emitting keyswitch includes a board, a cap, a lifting mechanism disposed between the board and the cap, a membrane switch including first and second substrates, an LED, and a transparent hollow elastic body. The first substrate has a first outer surface and a first inner surface. The second substrate has a second outer surface and a second inner surface. A switch circuit is disposed between the first and second inner surfaces. A copper circuit is formed on the second inner surface. A hole is formed on the first substrate. The LED is disposed on the second substrate, passes through the hole and is coupled to the copper circuit. The transparent hollow elastic body is attached to the first outer surface for covering the LED and the hole and is located under the cap. When the cap is pressed, the lifting mechanism or the cap triggers the switch circuit.
