    Abstract: An approach to adapt the topology of a disaggregated Radio Access Network (RAN) operating within a wireless network, depending on the attributes of a service to be supported by the RAN. The topology including a slice configuration for at least one of the disaggregated components of the RAN, including at least one Data Unit (DU), Central Unit (CU) or Control Unit (CU). Another resource, such as a compute or network resource may also be associated with topology. In some implementations, network connections between the resource and the disaggregated components of the RAN may be provided by a Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN).

    Abstract: Various arrangements for performing intelligent cellular channel management are presented herein. A physical cellular communication channel may be established between a user equipment (UE) and a cellular network for sending a short message service (SMS) message in response to a cellular service request from the UE. One or more characteristics of the UE, the SMS message, or both may be analyzed. A duration of time for which the physical cellular communication channel is to be kept active may be based on the analyzed one or more characteristics. A channel maintenance instruction may be transmitted to keep the physical cellular communication channel active based on a cellular network messaging controller determining to adjust the duration of time for which the physical cellular communication channel is kept active.

    Abstract: A system and method for managing interference between different enterprises operating over the same spectrum. The system includes central units of a host, a first enterprise and a second enterprise; a first interface for connecting the central unit of the host to the central unit of the first enterprise; and a second interface for connecting the central unit of the host to the second enterprise; wherein the central unit of the host is configured to: enable relaying of load information between the first and second enterprises to minimize interference between each enterprise when the first and second enterprises are operating in the same spectrum and an overlapping coverage region between cell sites; and arbitrate transmission requests from a respective enterprise based on information from service level agreements (SLAs) shared between the central unit at the host and the respective enterprise.

    Abstract: Embodiments are directed towards systems and methods for implementing a blockchain-based state database using a distributed ledger.     Abstract: Embodiments are directed towards systems and methods for a system for predictive inter-carrier hand-off to mitigate problematic coverage areas. One such method includes: training a machine learning model using the consolidating user data regarding dropped calls of the end user mobile devices and network problems from data logs as training data; analyzing the user data, using the machine learning model, to determine geographical areas in which repetitive dropped calls of the end user mobile devices or network problems have been identified; predicting, as an output from the machine learning model, future dropped calls of the end user mobile devices and network problems in identified geographical areas; analyzing alternative available carriers or roaming partners to determine whether they have superior service for end user mobile devices in the identified geographical areas; and initiating inter-carrier hand-off of an end user mobile device to another carrier or roaming partner.

The system includes a central unit of a first enterprise associated with a first cell site; a central unit of a second enterprise associated with a second cell site; and an interface for connecting the central unit of the first enterprise to the central unit of the second enterprise and configured to transmit load information; wherein a central unit of either enterprise is configured to share load information without requiring a standard form between each enterprise via the interface to minimize interference between each enterprise when both enterprises are operating in the same spectrum and an overlapping coverage region between each cell site.
